Fantastic product and customer service
I have had a subscription for WholeSupp for 6 months. I love it. They have a few teething issues in relation to the website. But customer care is always 100%. They are so prompt and always resolve any issues. (Which are only ever minor) The vanilla and salted caramel are delicious and it really does keep you full until lunch.

Customer Service exceptional
Shipment arrived within 2 days late afternoon with some damage to the box, which had clearly happened in transit. The packet inside had split in 2 places and some had spilled but Whole Supp not only responded to my email straight away but sent a replacement order out the same day too. Excellent customer service and a fab tasting product as I've been able to salvage some of it to try it!

Timely response. Well articulated.
I am still wondering if the enclosed scoop is 50% of a daily portion. 2 scoops seems quite a lot. It would Laos make the liquid heavy.

You can use 2 scoops and mix your Whole Supp with water or plant based milk. If you're finding 2 scoops is a bit too heavy for you, instead try mixing 1 scoop and see if that suits you a bit better.

I work shift work and struggle sometimes with getting proper nutrition. I’ve found Whole Supp has been a game changer in the getting my body fueled better.

Whole Supp Shakes
I have been using Whole Supp’s products now for six months and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their great tasting shakes are easy to mix and prepare and are nutritionally balanced to ensure you are fuelling your health, fitness and training plans. They have had a hugely positive effect on my health, fitness and well-being. Superb customer service and a discounted subscription rate have made these products an integral part of my fitness and training regime. Cannot praise them highly enough.

Great, tasty, convenient and nutritionally whole product - have it for breakfast each day. Had a delivery holdup on one occasion where Emily was very helpful and even gave me extra loyalty points to apologise. 10/10 would recommend anyone to try it at least once.

Amazing service
Amazing service. Ruby gave outstanding customer service. It's very hard to get a food supplement that tastes good but this does . My lunch was my least healthy meal of the day. I've swapped it for my shake and honestly I feel a lot better plus I'm very time tight so shake and go😋 it's a win win

Issue quickly resolved.
For the first time I experienced a quality issue with a bag of this product. I emailed Wholesupp and received a very prompt and polite reply offering a new bag or refund. I was happy to accept a replacement as it’s a great product and never had an issue before. Fab customer service, thank you!
