I’m writing on behalf of mother. They really looked after her, spoke slowly, very caring and I’m so grateful. Thank you all.

The engineer was extremely helpful and personable. He explained the problem very clearly. The boiler needed a replacement part - which he got within the hour. Left a contact number so we could contact him in case there were any problems. Boiler has worked perfectly. Very very happy with the service

The customer service for the issue I had has been great and the central heating engineer was very efficient in solving the problem

Had a lovely young man service oir boiler. Very polite and chatty.

They did a good job cleaning the boiler. Works well and haven't seen any issues so far. Didn't give them 5 star as the engineer was half an hour late which meant I was late.

I cannot praise this company enough. We had no hot water and they were here within 14 hours and repaired the problem.
Having been a customer of home serve for many years, our monthly premiums kept rising and we had to pay excess etc. Whenever we had an issue we had to wait for days and got charged over what we were already paying. When i started looking for a new maintenance company i saw Whoopsie and being so much cheaper i had doubts about the service and how much extra it would be. Whoopsie didn't charge us any extra and resolved the issue immediately. Would recommend in a heart beat.
Appreciate it all depends on what type of service plan u have in place but the speed in how they resolved the problem was second to none. And customer service is brilliant!

Had a problem with my boiler...New pump fitted in quick time, and also fit a filter at a small cost to me...Would definitely recommend whoopsie....

Paid these people £20 a month for boiler insurance! Boiler went wrong! Engineer came out!! Said he could fix it! A week later got told they wouldn't authorise a repair was offered £250 towards a new boiler if we brought it off there approved company!! So I went to British gas instead!! Seriously avoid this company!! Put £20 in a seperate account so if your boiler goes wrong you can pay for it yourself!! Feel totally ripped off!!

Honestly this company is only here to rip you off, 4 days with boiler not working no hot water, 4 kids at home and then after 4 days tell us they will not fix and offer us £250 towards a new boiler, but only if we buy from a company they approve. After speaking with an independent plumber they fixed for £300. Platinum cover= Platinum waste of money!

I was able to phone and get Whoopsie first time of trying. First guy I spoke to was very nice, not abrupt, and actually listened to me. He transferred me to the right department fira boiler repair. A date was arranged, the engineer text me a time and he arrived on time. The engineer was pleasant too. He checked over the boiler and fixed the problem. Job done.

Unfortunately I’ve had to use their service four times recently. Each time I’ve been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I can’t praise them enough. I’ve spoken to Portia each time and she’s been marvellous , very helpful and she went out of her way to sort everything out for me.I highly recommend Whoopsie to everyone .

Came on the time ,they stated.very professional.Sussed out the problem.Didn’t take the drainage Engineers long to correct problem.Polite and efficient

Amazing experience. I was kept well informed and the repair went very well. Everything sorted within 24 hours even though it wasn’t an emergency. Everyone at Whoopsie was very helpful and John the plumber was great.

What a con I received a call from a whoppsie sales person and after having a chat decided to leave my current insurance company and take on a contract with this company boiler began to give poor heated water and would not produce hot water engineer visited and then phone call from company saying they would not cover the cost for the repair and then offered me £500 of a new boiler installation the boiler is fairly new but they tell me the cost to repair the boiler is £600 but as said they will not cover the cost use someone else this company will rip you off they told me they would only pay up to £350 for repair I offered to pay the other £250 but they refused??? Only think they offered was a new boiler at discounted price they want you to get new boiler that’s there scam

The engineers were polite, professional and efficient. They cleared the problem which not only helped me but also my neighbours as our sewer is a shared sewer and everyone was impressed. I think it was this date but not sure.
