They have the worst engineers. They have never managed to fix any problems. They give incorrect feedback to the company to make more money out of you. Do not waste your money on Whoopsie

Excellent customer service. Tyler went beyond expectations to get an engineer booked out so we didn’t have to be without hot water any longer than needed. Only negative is my paperwork had a 24 hour... Voir plus

Had a follow up call to ask how my boiler inspection went. Very friendly call and helpful.
Great customer service
Great customer service. Quick response and continued support throughout.
Useless .
Scammers Don't bother . They did not respond in an emergency. I had a boiler breakdown on Saturday afternoon and when I phoned the number all I got was music for an hour before I gave up. I emailed and I got a vague response 5 hours later asking What is the problem. This is not what I pay money for. So they are useless with no response up until this date. I can't believe Whoopsie have asked for an explanation. This is a scam not fair. After reading the reviews 80% say the same thing. To be left in crisis us unacceptable. Rubbish. It was my wife J who has the account with you. I don't know why you are asking to get in touch when we needed help we were left. My wife didn't want to make a fuss but you asked for further details so I have left genuine comments . I don't think my wife or myself want anything to do with this company. Don't advertise as emergency if you don't respond .

Whoopsie wrong decision
Whoopsie have been " Improving" their Web site for weeks now, this is Discusting, cannot access my documents which I believe is illegal. BUT if you wish to get cover its easy peasy, to contact this company is very difficult and on the whole will be departing their company in April 2023.
14.12.23. Whoopsie ask me now 9 months after the situation above for my personal information as i departed their company in April there is no point so why i ask?
Trustpilot please leave this review for others do not remove as it was a true complaint.
Whoopsie should of dealt with this long ago not 9 months later.
Helpful and prompt repsonse
Not the best in a crisis
I have been with whoopsie for almost 2 years initially we thought they were quite good, came and serviced the boiler no problems. However no service since as per contract . I tried to contact then approx 4 weeks ago as had an issue with boiler and waited on phone in position 1 for over 30 mins with no reply, tried again same issue. Had to contact another company who came out to find we hD a leaking seal which is obviously not good. They fixed the problem. I tried to cancel my account with whoopsie and surprise surprise couldn't get through. I have finally got through today and have spoken to two people who were unable to help and have passed it on.lets Hope so.
Beware if your boiler breaks down.
Been with this company since last May, service was completed no problem. The problems began when our boiler broke down on Sunday morning. The person I reported it to didn’t pass on the claim to Preferred Management for 10 hours, and only after I had got in touch with them for the fifth or sixth time. Basically they are just an insurance company who pass on work to Preferred Management who then sub contract the jobs out to local tradesmen. Each one blames the other. We were told by an engineer who arrived yesterday that he was only there to assess, not fix. Someone else would fix, but the part we needed was in the local warehouse. Today I’m being told it’s not going to be there until tomorrow. When I said their engineer had told us the part was in stock, he then said we’ll yes it’s there but it can’t be collected until tomorrow so another 24 hours of no heat or hot water. I don’t recommend Whoopsie.
Friendly helpful and speedy.
Friendly helpful contact when I phoned. Engineer came out later that day and heating /hot water was restored. Both phone contact and engineer were polite and supportive. Thank you Whoopsie !
Having been with British Gas for boiler…
Having been with British Gas for boiler breakdowns for many years the increase in subscription made look for a company offering the same service for a more reasonable cost.Whoopsie offered what i thought to be a genuine company at a reasonable cost. But would not recommend Whoopsie to anybody looking for a company with integrity or keeping to their terms of contract.
I had a boiler breakdowns, when trying to register my boiler problems the phone lines only answered after a 45mins wait, then had a call centre take details.of which was registered as priority with an invalid elderly gentleman 98yrs of age. With no further follow up.the following day I again was on the telephone for over an hour to yet again be told the breakdown was handed to a company called Preferred Management. With no further details from company. I again called Whoopsie spoke to a very helpful young lady named Amy she did forward my details and gave me an engineer appointment this was 18hrs after the first request for a priority breakdown service which are on their contract as 24/7 within 2hrs.the engineer then proceeded to have to order a valve which is generally carried by most other boiler engineers.this to take another two days or more and would be fitted by yet another engineer. I cancelled the job and proceeded to get a local contractor to do the valve change within 4hrs. I could not recommend Whoopsie as a company to deal with or except their sale’s promise of a reliable service or company to expect your problems to be sorted within an agreed reasonable time.I would like to say my experience with Whoopsie to be an expensive lesson that no one else should experience
Fraudsters
I have cancelled my subscription due to a complete lack of service.
They failed to answer my calls and emails, and couldnt even reply to my email requesting my online account details (so, as they suggest, I could communicate with them via chat).
Their engineers came to service our boiler, found a fault, disabled our boiler, and we had no communication from them about what happens next. All this in a period when the temperatures were sub zero.
Trying to call them, after a total of 2.5 hours on hold over 3 attempts, and being told repeatedly that everyone was working tirelessly to solve my problem, I finally spoke to an agent, who promised to call me back, I am still waiting.
I am left to conclude that Whoopsie is a scam organisation.

Absolutely atrocious company
Absolutely atrocious company, avoid at all costs.
We have been trying to get our boiler sorted since September last year.
It has an intermittent fault.
After numerous phone calls they finally sent an engineer last year who did nothing but tried to sell us a new boiler.
After a load more emails and phone calls they sent the same engineer again and again he was not interested in looking at the boiler just wanted to sell us a new one.
They rarely answer the phone or reply to emails.
Happy enough to sign you up and take your money but have no interest in giving the services promised.
We still have an intermittent fault on the boiler which is getting more regular all the time.
Thanks for nothing Whoopsie

Speedy response to my initial email.
Asking payment for 0 repairs
My boiler went down on 12th Jan, gave them a call on 13th Jan and they said an engineer will give me a call after few hours to arrange a visit. The engineer called me on the 17th Jan !!! Arranged a visit on the 19th Jan.
He came and found the issue, broken seal and he had parts in his van and wanted to fix but he could not get the authorisation from whoopsie. He explained he works for company called Preferred Management and they are sub-contractor for whoopsie company. They need authorisation from whoopsie before they repair my boiler. All these while we were talking, he was on hold (loud speaker) to his company trying to get authorisation from whoopsie. After about half an hour, the other end returned and said " We couldn't get authorisation ". So the engineer asked me to send an email to whoopsie before he left.
I sent an email on 20th Jan and no reply from them. Then I sent another email on 23rd Jan cancelling my insurance and I had a reply on the 24th Jan saying they have authorised the repair. I told them that I want to cancel the insurance (got a new boiler instead of waiting for repair) since they left me hanging for nearly 2 weeks during these freezing period. They then wanted to charged me £39.98 for 2 monthly payments because I had an engineer visit. What's the point of me paying £19.99 every month without miss for the past 2 years or more ? In other words, I'm paying £39.98 on top of monthly payment for an engineer visit that couldn't fix anything due to whoopsie problem for not authorising.
Don't fall for this insurance company/scam. They leave you out to die as long you pay them monthly fees but when a job is up for doing, they'll disappear so that you will want to cancel the policy and that's where they will come and ask for even more payment.
Excellent customer service
Amy was really friendly, helpful and understood the problem immediately. She referred it over to the contractor and they are coming out today. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
Excellent customer service
