The man I spoke to was very helpful, polite and friendly, he explained everything too me so l understand

Gentleman was polite and helpful. He attempted to answer questions and if unable to would gain answers elsewhere

Not a good company they promise a lot, don't send paperwork so you can't check what you've signed up to. Pay, pay, pay and deliver very little, then charge you to get out of their so called agreement. It's cheaper to get someone local to service your boiler don't get sucked into this one.

Got through with not too long on hold. The issue was resolved fairly swiftly. Great customer service so far.

Tyler was so pleasant and helpful while I was trying to organise a service for my central heating boiler. I came up against a hitch but he managed to solve it. He was very prompt in his response to my emails. Thank you Tyler.

Our boiler was not giving hot water. This was the first time that we had to contact Whoopsie and a phone call was promptly and courteously dealt with. I was taken through the process and a friendly, professional engineer was quickly despatched to us. He checked the whole system and restored our hot water.
A very satisfactory outcome! We were delighted with the process.

I phoned to enquire about calls I have received from 2 companies to say my boiler service was arranged for next week. However I was a bit concerned as neither were Whoopsie. Tyler was very polite and reassured me that if was not Whoopsie and offered to make an appointment for a service. I was relieved to know that I had not
mistaken these other companies for Whoopsie and must have been looking for new customers. Thankyou Tyler for your help , much appreciated.
