It’s a fraud, stay away!
Do not buy from this company it’s a fraud. I ordered bed sheets and paid them. They took my money and I only received an email confirming receipt of my order. Tried many times to get in touch with them and never got a response. Now I have to go through PayPal to try and get a refund. Don’t buy from them!

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WICKED
My first- and only-time ordering from Wicked, ordered December 15th today is January 16th and my item still hasn't shipped. Customer service is Nonexistent, sent several emails to customer service, and they haven't responded once.
Ordered products - Half the order never showed. No customer service at all.
Ordered products for my wife on Nov. 16th. Half my order was ginally sent two weeks later. The other half is still missing. Tracking numbers sent do not return any tracking. The numbers seem to be false. Contacted customer service through several emails. Never got a reply. Contacted them through messenger, no reply. So half the Christmas gifts I ordered from there for my wife are not gonna show up at this point. If I could do 0 stars I would. I will now proceed to do a dispute through VISA.

Ordered a set of extra long twin sheets on November 2nd product has never arrived and I keep getting excuses that they are working hard to get my sheet custom made even though it's a normal size sheet and that they will notify me when it ships it's been over 30 days and they keep telling me as soon as made they will ship it but they cannot cancel my order or refund my money and I believe the email response is just an AI generated standard response because that's all I get...

2 months and still receiving the same lame excuse of it’s being custom made, - - maybe they are tilling the ground to grow the flax to make the linen, to make the sheets??
I ordered an item on August 28-NEVER SHIPPED
I ordered an item on August 28. Checked the order status Sept 19 and it still had not shipped. Emailed the company. Two days later received a reply saying it was shipping. On October 2, I checked the status again, and it still had not shipped. Disputed through my credit card company.
SCAM: Never received product or refund
Never received product (after 2 months). Asked for update. Never receive reply. Asked for order cancellation. No luck. This place is a scam. Buyer beware.

Spent $300 on an order placed back on…
Spent $300 on an order placed back on May 4. It is now June 18 and they have not fulfilled it, nor have they shipped my order. I am hearing 125% tariff fee to import to the United States from Australia which would mean my $300 order is going to cost me $675. I emailed the company and requested they cancel my order immediately. Waiting for a response but am not confident since they explicitly state they cannot cancel an order once it’s been placed.

You can NEVER get any response to messages and or emails! I had to return an item and they said I would get store credit. It has now been 11 days since they received the returned item and I have emailed EVERY DAY with no response! They DID take my $50+ dollars though!! JERKS!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
Takes Over a Month to Fulfill Order
I placed my order for 3 items on April 9. After about two weeks of waiting for the delivery, I became skeptical and read all of these terrible reviews. I reached out to them, and they assured me the items would come and that the negative reviews were based on misunderstandings. On May 8 (one full month after placing the order), I received item 1/3, and it reeked of mothballs. But it fit and looked good (long kimono). I finally received item 2/3 on May 15. It was a dress, and to my pleasant surprise it fit perfectly. Finally finally on May 19, I received item 3/3, sandals and they fit like a glove. It took 5.5 weeks to fulfill my entire order which is ridiculous, but that seems to be many customer's experience. Order from WickedAF if you are a patient risk taker. 5 stars for the fact that they don't bombard me with e-mails AT ALL.

I have not heard from the company with concern about my delivery. I sent multiple emails, no reply.its been three weeks and the package hasn't left yet. Is there a phone number to the owner, shop, plant? Someone.
Ordered two dresses with them
Ordered two dresses with them. Paid over a hundred dollars for it. When received both of them, realized one wasn’t wearable at all because of the design of it, even know the size was right. The other was ok, didn’t really fit though and fabric was the cheapest kind, not worth 60 dollars for it. Contacted them by message on their website AND email right after receiving both, way under 15 days as their policy requires. Haven’t heard ANYTHING back. Today got an email from them, thinking it was a refund instructions, as they are promising on their website, but NO, it was another ad offering to visit the store. Awful customer support, in fact, none of it exists. DO NOT recommend to anyone, unless you’re absolutely sure you keeping purchased items, because there is no refund support apparently.

Hello to all. I purchased the projector from wicked asf. I received the item while I was away. When I returned, I set up the projector. Blurry and nothing like pictured, I send a return request on the 14th day. The company responded on the 15th day and said it could not be returned, because I only had 15 days to get it to their facility. Terrible customer service and not willing to stand behind their product.
Horrible Customer Service
Ordered a few items, I ended up ordering the wrong size and immediately noticed. I emailed them right away, sent them an instagram message right away. Didn’t hear back until a week and a half later, they told me that it is too late to make any changes. Which yea obviously cause they already shipped the item, but maybe if they responded in a timely manner things could’ve been fixed
