Jeg har for lidt over 2 uger siden bestilt en projekter full hd, og har ikke modtaget den endnu, jeg har 3 gange skrevet en mail til dem uden at få svar. Customer service 0* grundet intet svar og siden jeg bestilte den så har jeg modtaget beskeder med at jeg kan smide penge ind i en spille side, det nok en af de største scams jeg har oplevet uden at opdage det…

Cheap clothes made in china, took a month to receive. The dress came ripped and can’t be returned because of using a promo code. Buyers beware!!

These people aren't even worth 1 star. I used a 15% discount code to order a Kimono, which took way too long to receive. I didn't even try it on when I finally did receive it because it vaguely resembled what was on the website, only the cheapest most shoddily made junk from a sweatshop in Asia. I emailed to request a return, never heard back, emailed a second time, didn't hear back. 3rd time I emailed in all caps heading" PLEASE ATTEND TO MY RETURN" I finally heard back and they sent a screen shot of a return policy that I never found on their website, which said "sale items are not eligible for returns". They said since I used a discount code that counts as a sale item. I disputed this and sent two screen shots of two separate return policies on their website where there was zero mention of sale items OR discount codes not being eligible for returns. So much for "hassle free returns"! Luckily I have an amazing bank who will get my money back.

They will not send your refund after you return clothes. They pretend they didn’t receive it.

The kimono I ordered was a pretty print but far too small. I returned it in June and I’m still waiting for my refund. I’ve emailed several times and been told the refund has been approved but I still haven’t received it. Beware of ordering from them.

Total scam. Clothes are much poorer quality than expected. They do not honor their return policy as is on the website. Cheap clothes from China upsold with shady practices. Reporting this organization.

Really disappointed with this website, I ordered a kimono and not only did the item take an entire month to arrive - it then wasn’t even the same design as the item images on the website it has a very different colour/pattern and isn’t something I’d have purchased.

Beautiful colours. 100% cotton. 2 weeks to Aus. Don’t be afraid to size up.

Bad customer service.

It's a shame because the 4/5 items I received were lovely and kimonos gorgeous however I've been waiting over a month for part of my order.

When I emailed to query it I did get a response in 24 hours. However when I realised it wouldn't come and asked to cancel the order as it hadn't been shipped I'm suddenly not getting replied to for over 5 days. And now the item has suddenly been shipped after 5 days.

I also asked about returning an other item and I've had no reply to that.

Really gutted as I did like what I had ordered but the customer service has put me off shopping here again.

I had been searching for boho-style clothes like these , and I'm delighted to have found this website. Although the shipping took a while , the quality of the items I received was excellent , and they fit perfectly . I will definitely be a returning customer .

I proposed the Maisie Dress from this company. Perfect fit. 5'4 150lbs. 34DDD I ordered a size medium. Quality is great and it's very beautiful. Can't wait to wear it out. Shipping did take a long time.
