I ordered a product that ended up not working in my situation. The company refunded the entire amount as soon as I requested it. I have ordered other products since and have been happy with everything. The customer service is fast to respond via email. The shipping has never been over 3 weeks.

I was super skeptical about ordering from here considering the mixed bag of reviews. I decided to risk it and ordered one item vs the 3 I originally wanted to get and at first I was glad I did because the website states that you’ll receive your item within 15 days and by week 3 there was still nothing and no update on where my item was. It took about a month to arrive, they state on their website that they have a warehouse in the US so not sure why it takes so long to receive. I do love the item I received, material could definitely be of better quality though. I’m kinda annoyed that it’ll take as long as it does if I choose to order again

This site is a scam. They show images of name brand items and then send China fakes. They stand behind the fact that it doesn't say they are name brand items in the description. This is illegal in the US, it's called bait and switch. Be aware that your credit card company will deny your dispute based on wickedasf response, even though they are ripping off customers.

They took a very long time to send the product. Shoes came with no box no tag no size on shoe
Shoe was cheaply made. They gave me a hard time about sending it back. Never received my refund after paying to send it Hong Kong . This was a scam I would never order here again. They should be investigated for their practices. Maybe Trump will shut them down since they are scamming Americans out of money. With poor quality stuff

My projector that I ordered for kids’ Christmas present also didn’t arrive. Deceitful, dishonest thieves. BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE. Atrocious that Christmas was used to lure people in to fraudulent behavior.

Bought shoes advertised as UGG slippers, received a cheap fake one month later. To return, they want you to pay for shipping to UK from US. None of this is mentioned anywhere up front.

Ordered a projector that was never delivered. Customer service sent proof of delivery which was a picture of an address that wasn't mine with a picture of my package with half the address cut off on the label. Not even similar street name. Once I asked how they were going to correct the issue, they have stopped responding. Wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered this. Next time, I'll use Amazon, they at least fix issues.

12/14/24 - ordered 4 items
1/3/25 - I emailed to see where my order was
1/4/25 - Wicked AF blamed lack of stock on 1 item. I replied asking if they held my entire order because of 1 item on backorder but didn't get an answer.
1/9/25 - I received 1 of 4 items.
1/11/25 - Still waiting on the other 3 items.

When I reached out to the company, they gave the excuse they are a small business. I suggested they email their customers when they're not able to follow through with their own shipping policies. I soon received a mass email about their lack of stock. So I'm basically a business consultant for them now. No offer of returning funds or coupons for future purchases to compensate for the lack of communication and delay in shipping. Whoever is driving the ship isn't doing well.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would give it. Horrible service! I ordered a projector for my daughter for Christmas and it arrived but it was outdated. Not as advertised. We contacted them directly after Christmas and now we are outside their 15 day return policy even though it was a gift. I understand policies and all but it was not advertised to what we thought we were getting. We bought a better version on Amazon for $40 less. This company is a joke

Beware!!!! Ordered two shoes which was nothing like we ordered. They never once offered a refund. Scam.

Buyer Beware! Placed order 12/1/24. Their online website said 2 week delivery. Today is Christmas Eve, December 24 and still no delivery or any email response.

Either very disorganized or dishonest. Either way, I will never use them again.

This company uses designer brand pictures in their advertising, and then sells you “MADE IN CHINA” knockoffs. Searched online for UGG Tasman slippers for my daughter. The picture posted on their website clearly has the UGG stamp symbol on the picture. I ordered them, but then had the worst time communicating as to where my order was in the first place. When I received the product, they were NOT the same shoe as advertised. They advertise as UGG Tasman Slippers with the UGG logo CLEARLY on the advertisement picture. WTH???
Then they proceeded to tell me that the item I bought is non refundable but that I could return them to trade for something else. Like I want to buy anything else from this shady, horribly run company.

RUN. Spend your money somewhere accredited.

VERY poor customer service, or I should say, No customer service. They do not respond to emails. I've sent three and no response to any. My order was places 33 days ago and the tracking is worthless. States they are waiting for the carrier to update. LOL! I will be disputing the charge with my bank. They were quick to take my money and then totally ignore me.

I would also give them no stars i ordered a mini projector on december fourth and have heard nothing.It hasn't shipped and i've emailed several times with no response.

Awful customer service on a few occasions, they do not reply to emails. One time I ordered something and it took severals weeks to get a reply on how to file a return/refund. Tried them again and my order didn’t ship for over a month with no status update, I’ve sent several emails and still no reply.

Ordered a mini projector from this company on 11/26 and have not heard from them since. Emailed customer service. No response as of 12/14/24.

Do not recommend.

Poor quality products, and disingenuous when I tried to return. They had said my item is not eligible for returns..

I would honestly give them no stars. Placed an order on 11/13/24 and never received it. Have reached out to customer service 5 times for a refund and they ignore me or say it's been shipped. Lies. No tracking and a month later still no dress. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT. Having to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back!!
