Very disappointed with the packaging
I was disappointed with the packaging. The box was for a gift. You had taped the box up with your tape with your name on, so I opened it, expecting to see a gift box inside, but there wasn't one. I now have to sellotape the box up again and it looks awful. Very disappointed given the price.

I'm really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our packaging.
We've never included a box-inside-a-box for any of our online orders. When we first started selling online, we did consider this as an option but felt it would be a waste of packaging. After thousands of orders, our customers seem happy with the packaging as it is, which is reflected in our high returning-customer rate.
This year we have introduced mailing bags, as so many customers order as gifts and we'd rather the shipping label wasn't on the box itself. It also helps packages stay dry at this time of year.

Exceptional Customer Service
One of the items ordered Orange and Ginger Biscuits arrived crushed
As they were going to be a present I phoned up to see what could be done.
Excellent customer service in that they apologised although it was not their fault and replaced the item immediately
Obviously the broken ones were eaten by the family and they were delicious so we will be reordering soon

Generally an excellent delivery service as I’ve ordered a number of times but this delivery has taken 6 days and it was to be a gift.
However products are beautiful and well packed and make lovely gifts xx

Inedible so called 'Luxury Biscuits'
I bought a pack of Williams All butter Shortbead which arrived today (from Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe). They were Best Before 21.01.26 and were inedible. It was so bad that we (there were 3 of us) couldn't swallow the first mouthful. it tasted and smelt as if the butter was rancid. They do not deserve even a I star. Never Again!

Was pleased to find I could still get these biscuits, used to buy them at Chelford at the Sunday market. Only thing missing is the lovely Dundee biscuits. Will definitely buy again.
