I would give this product 5 stars but they are difficult to contact. After several attempts, I finally get an email saying they are no longer able to deliver to my state.

Willie’s has the best tasting THC drinks I have ever tasted. And, unlike all the other idiots who don’t know how to start out cannabis infused drinks SLOWLY (5 mg max to be begin), it’s the best, relaxing drink I’ve ever had. They need to work on customer service though or they won’t last long.

Bought as a gift for the groom-to-be. Arrived broken. Emailed multiple times and called CS number. No one answers. No one calls back. WTF?

Not telling you that you were signing up for a subscription service is underhanded.

They will rip you off. Be careful. I ordered 1 bottle no subscription so when the second bottle I did not order or want was shipped and charged to my bank account I reached out to the worst customer service ever. Nothing resolved nothing refunded!

I ordered a bottle of Willie’s for a gift. It was a one time purchase. Once I saw the shipment was being sent again I never signed up for the subscription I called the company immediately. They said the shipment could not be stopped. I disputed it with my bank. The company said all I had to do was refuse the order and they would not charge me. They received the shipment back and charged me anyway. So I paid 71 dollars and they kept my money. For what? It is bad when you refuse the shipment as the customer service stated and they take the money from your bank account.

Really haven’t felt the effect of the THC. It says it’s supposed to be calming and I haven’t really noticed anything. Tried 1 ounce and a half shot one day next day tried one and a half shots still really no effect unhappy.

My wife and I have enjoyed Willie’s 10 mg. for about a year. You have to be careful initially. No hangover but does cause cottonmouth. We highly recommend and have recommended to several friends that love it.

WTF??? My wife and I had a small cocktail from the 10mg bottle and we both got insanely high! She passed out on the bed and said she couldn’t move for 5 hours, and I had to maintain for our kids. I felt like I was a teenager who smoked too much bad weed and had an uncomfortable experience. There needs to be more of a warning right on the front of the bottle. I will never touch it again.

My husband had 2 shots of Remedy last Friday and had to be immediately rushed to hospital for cardiac issues. Cardiac episode was related to this drink. We have contacted the company by email and I called them today. Update: Took them 3 weeks to get back to us and responded that it is states on the bottle you need to contact your doctor before using.

Hate this product. Tried both 5 and 10mg. I felt high, and not in a good way, soon after taking. The next day I did feel hungover, with cotton mouth and dehydration. I’m disappointed that Willie would put his name on this terrible product.

Ordered and after 2 weeks it still hadn’t arrived and made me jump through hoops to get my refund. Tried the competitors and received it in 2 days and they shipped me 2 four packs to try. Much better experience and way better value!!!

As a beginner, I carefully followed the recommended dosage, and even after doubling the amount, I did not experience any effects at all. I do not smoke or drink, so I was really hoping this would be a gentle introduction, but unfortunately, I felt nothing. I’m really disappointed, especially given the price point.

I subscribed to Willie’s Remedy and unfortunately had a very bad reaction that led me to the ER. I contacted the company right away to cancel an order that had just been placed, but customer service has been extremely slow, and I still have not received a response despite multiple follow-ups. Based on this experience, I will not be trying this again.

What's going wrong this time? I haven't received what I've purchased. Having received no proof of purchase receipt or anything but I know I've been charged. Call the contact number and there's an answering machine with a message the person you have called is not taking messages at this time that's it. And it's also a reoccurring purchase what a rip off.

I placed an order May 7, when the order was processed I IMMEDIATELY realized the shipping address was wrong (there is no way to edit the order or make corrections). I IMMEDIATELY messaged with less than 5 minutes! It took one days to receive a response and the message was UNACCEPTABLE …. Here is the response: I’ve checked your order status, and since the shipping date is not available and the tracking shows your package is already in transit via Veho (tracking number VHQCSF3KR678YY), unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address at this stage.

Unfortunately I don’t live there, it’s in another city and in essence customer service is not going to help me, and they have not reached out again although o messaged 4 times! I’m reaching out to my credit card company and dispute the charges with all the emails with date and time!!!!

I am a Whiskey and water drinker. Bought Willie's and had about 3 shots. I actually fell on the floor pasted out for 3 minutes. This stuff is POTENT !!!

i placed an order on April 24 , never received a tracking number , and when I reached out to them to find out what the problem was with my order , and a salesman emailed me back , apologizing for the delay, in fact it was still pending , and , not even mailed ,yet , according to a high demand for the bundles. i STILL haven't received a tracking number, or a final delivery date. i went through this same crap ,on just 1 order of willies remedy. totally unacceptable , and I will NEVER order anything else from them. No excuse for this slackness 😞

So...I ordered from the website and it was suppose to be delivered on Friday. I checked tracking and it had arrived at my local post office in Phoenix, which it had sat for two-days. Now it says that my order has now arrived in Chicago with no delivery date. Totally ridiculous...Dont expect your order to arrive anytime soon. DO BETTER with your shipping. My order was suppose arrive for a wedding that has already cone and gone..

I ordered a bundle April 20 today is May 3 it hasn’t been processed. It has not been shipped and apparently they don’t do cancellations because it’s a perishable product. But if it hasn’t been packaged yet and it hasn’t been shipped, I don’t see why they can’t cancel $163 order. Definitely would not recommend.

I was excited to experience the buzz from this product and I was expecting a relaxing buzz. Instead both myself and my friend were completely amped up and could not relax or sleep for 5 hours. This is NOT A RELAXING BUZZ. This a Clean your whole damn house and the effing Garage buzz! 👎🏼
