After not driving for two years, I got taken out on a test route, the man who took me out and was dealing the car to myself and my family, was fantastic, he was very kind and patient with me

I travelled to Cleethorpes from scotland to buy a ford kuga insaw ..and i spoke to Tracy Clement one of the sales team ....bought the car and at that point she was very friendly and new her stuff.
After a week a fault developed and i said to tracy i can get it fixed here if they were happy to foot the bill....she was straight to her boss after i made several recommendations.....i got the fault fixed here in scotland and the bill was settled ....but what made Tracy so amazing was .....her after care ...her willingness to get a resolution ...she was ALWAYS in communication with me keeping me updated on everything that was going on ...and doing it all with an upbeat CAN DO attitude and this is what made my experience with this company fabulous.....if Tracy's boss reads this...The aftercare i received when something went wrong was absulutely stunning ....and this is how companies get a good reputation..i cant thank Tracy enough for her brilliance.

The dealership was spacious and clean and i got a very warm welcome from them .

Awful cheap merchandise. Doesn't look anything like the photos on their website. To get a refund they insist that the item is shipped back to China and expect the customer to pay shipping and customs fees. Avoid.

Saurav was brilliant! Super helpful and made sure I got the right deal for me, also gave me a courtesy call a couple of weeks later to make sure the car was still running correctly! 10/10 service so far :)

Matthew was very helpful during the purchase of the car. Had to return to garage as parcel shelf missing but this was quickly replaced and sorted the repair/replacement key as promised. All went pretty smoothly with the purchase of this car.

Very professional service. I love the car I bought and it was a fair price. So far it has been reliable! The only downside is I discovered the wing mirrors do not turn in and are manual, which is a real nuisance!
The sales team are very friendly and super efficient, slightly too much as the paperwork is very intense and seemed endless! Also Connor tried to sell me just about every after sales product they offer! I managed to cut this down to the 3 year Warranty, which seemed a good investment and also includes a decent breakdown cover with the AA. I discovered I had not been given the MOT Certificate for my car or had written confirmation of the brakes work they did before I collected it. Sadly. I got no response to my requests for this and weeks later, I still have neither. It's a shame the sale was tainted by their otherwise excellent service. However, I would still recommend this dealer.
