My dogs love the food and that's all that matters to me

Rosie as just started so the portion i gave her she left, but mixed it with her usual and shes liking it more now. 🤗

Food is good and my dogs really liked it. However every month there is some kind of drama. Last month, it took almost 10 days and numerous emails, even tried ringing and noone ever answered. I only got my food dispatched as I made a comment on their social media page. This month the courier has lost my delivery, no replies from the courier or from Wilsons another month where I have ran out of dog food and had to go to a pet shop and buy some. This is extremely stressful every single month, I have even tried ordering 2 weeks early and that doesn't work. I do not understand how Wilsons can not use a reputable delivery company instead of useless companies. It's not as if this dog food is cheap either. To make matters worse I switched to Wilsons after being on Years and having to deal with the dry eye dramas. These companies need to be held to account and have better customer services and delivery services

Quick delivery great product

My dogs 7 working cockers and 2 collies love Wilson's Cold pressed. I feed it along with raw. There is never a morsel of food left bowls are licked clean.
Only one concern is with delivery. Quite often food is powdered from being handled roughly.

This is thick with dust, I have to shake down the pot every single time I get out a scoop, each pellet is caked in dust and the bottom of the food pot is two inches deep in it. Whilst I’m aware the cold pressed can create excess dust this is to the extreme and has made it impossible for me to give it to my dogs. They are drinking so much each day it’s unbelievable. I have always fed cold pressed and I have never had this experience before
*I contacted the pet supplier where I got it from who had contacted Wilson’s directly about this but they have t been replied to
* Wilsons replied here saying I haven't contacted them, but I sent clear photographic proof of the heavily crumbled fish food to their given email address on 29/10/26. Please check your inbox/spam folder for my email. I have two bags—one completely turned to dust and one unopened—and I am waiting for your team to reply to my email and arrange a full refund.

My dog loves it. I love it too because it doesn't stink. Delivery was a bit slower than I expected.

Our dog was refusing several different types of kibble, but loving this cold pressed food.
She rushes to her bowl & eats it all.

My dog is obviously too fussy for Wilsons too. She ate the beef variety but I couldn't get her to eat the chicken.

❗️❗️❗️3 STAR REVIEW PURELY FOR THE COURIER SERVICE.❗️❗️❗️ Great product. The only issue I have encountered is with the courier delivery. I have been a Wilsons customer for about 3 years with no issues. However the two courier deliveries within the last 12 weeks have been unacceptable and could lose Wilsons loyal customers. I have had two deliveries from both DHL and InPost and neither courier even attempted to deliver 45kg of dog food to my front door, despite me being home at the time! Instead they left it outside on the ground, exposed to the elements, lying at the end of my driveway for me to locate and then manoeuvre to my front door! We live semi rurally and there are many wild animals, foxes, mice, badgers etc that the dried food would attract, as it is only packaged in cardboard boxes, that often arrive damaged, so this potentially allows even easier access for the wildlife. My most recent delivery from InPost on 15 October 2026 wasn't even delivered to the end of my driveway!! My proof of delivery was a completely black photo, so I had no idea where to find the food at 7pm. InPost also stated it was delivered to my safe space. Yet I have not designated a safe spce. As if you do, this relieves the courier of all responsibility if you do not receive your delivery. I discovered my delivery this time on the monoblock at the end of my neighbours driveway! These issues and proof of what I have said have been raised with Wilsons. I can only live in hope that this is not a recurring delivery theme, as these couriers are being paid by Wilsons to provide an appropriate and acceptable service.

I bought for my staffie x and found that my extremely fussy senior Yorkie loves it too! This picky oap has turned his nose up to everything but raw, minced chicken over the past 6 months. I had to hide kibble in the chicken and hand feed him. I accidentally knocked the bag over after opening it, and some spilled on the floor, he nosed a piece, ate it and started looking for more. I put some in his bowl with the chicken, not expecting much, but he cleared the bowl! The staffie loves it too, so it's a win all round. I also sent some small bags to my son who has dachshunds, they love it too. Ordering was easy, delivery was swift.

Easy to navigate website , dogs love the food , clean bowls everytime and i own fussy , allergy compliant german shepherds. Delivery was quick, well.packaged.

Ordered dinner time on Wednesday ,delivered Thursday. Absolutely brilliant service. First time customer. My dog loves the food as well. 10/10.
