Delivery issue caused by DPD resolved
I am a subscriber for Fish cold pressed working dog food which our dog loves. I have been buying it and other food such as various types of treats for a number of years.
The treats and food are good value for money.
Delivery has always been prompt with everything being delivered in good order until the last shipment. One of the boxes had been smashed up in transport with food spilling out.
I brought the issue to the attention of Wilsons and it has been quickly resolved. Customer care has been exemplary, thank you.

Brilliant food, service and delivery!
My dogs absolutely love both the cold pressed and fresh, and are so shiny! I love the size of the training bites, as they fit perfectly in my treat bag. I love adding a few to the top of their food sometimes for a bit of extra texture and aroma, as they are 100% meat. I do this with the Wee Salmon Crunches as well.
The dry food is great on its own (my two are fast eaters, so I add cold water, give it a whirl around to coat the pellets, and feed right away, as it slows them down a little.
The fresh food is so very handy, as all I need to do is grab a pouch from the cupboard, split it between them, and feed the rest of their allowance with the dry. Means I never need to put one in the fridge, or if I do, it's gone by the end of the day!
Delivery is really quick, and customer service is always really helpful!

Still waiting on an order and can not get to speak to anyone at Wilson’s. Sent an email Friday and recieved a response on Tuesday then nothing more from there. Calls aren’t answered and DHL can’t find the package. £59 out of pocket and unsure if we will ever get an actual product from them at this point

Got a fussy dog, but Wilsons cold compress with a drop of hot water makes it easy for my ten year old Schnauzer to eat.
He suffers from reflux so Wilsons food is very good to digest.

Dog food is fine enough
Dog food is fine enough. We use them for the variety in flavour.
I have noticed that the packs seems to have a lot of dust at the bottom. This has gotten quite bad recently.
Additionally they have changed delivery company to yodel which has been poor recently
