Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I have one extremely fussy dog and although we have tried and persevered with the food, he point blank refuses to eat it, sadly we have had to cancel our subscription because of this, we have tried all options to encourage him on to this as it was recommended by a fellow person who has a pup from same litter who loves it, but after much persuasion I have had to give up on it. The customer service in helping me to transition to this has been excellent, just sorry it didn’t work out.

Replacement food
Recently switched to wilsons, my pooch has been loving it. Had an issue with the x2 lamb pouches i received and after getting in touch with customer services have been sent a replacement! Many thanks to Tasha who helped look into this and has promptly sent out the replacement food to try. Im sure it will be gobbled just as quickly as the rest! The slow feeder bowl is definitely coming in handy for this stuff 😆

Good quality Cold Pressed Dog Food with no nasties
My two 3yr old labs had been recovering from digestive problems that had been helped by 2 months on a vet prescribed hydrolysed protein diet combined with trying to isolate the protein than was causing bouts of loose stools and diarrhoea. White Fish, salmon , turkey and lamb were tolerated well.
Cold Pressed looked more nutritious than kibble and there were good reviews for Eilsons. I also wanted production on the UK . The boys are transitioning well on the White Fish Premium Cold Pressed, and I bought Salmon, and the Lamb to try over the coming months.
The only issue I had was damaged packing, requiring a replacement bag, which Tasha sorted very quickly. I felt this was more an issue with poor handling my the courier than by Wilsons, but will monitor with future orders.

Food arrived quickly
Food arrived quickly, I was unsure when I opened the sack as it looks unlike other kibble more like pony nuts. However my dogs love it and are doing really well, energetic, glossy coats and smaller stools.

Good food, criminal farts! 💨🪦
Decent food and the dogs seem to enjoy it, but after a month of eating Wilson’s (having switched from Years after THAT scandal), we’ve encountered a rather… pungent problem.
The dogs’ farts are absolutely diabolical. We’re talking runny poops and pumps that smell like a dead animal has crawled inside them and given up on life. 💀
The plug-in air fresheners are fighting for their lives, and frankly, they’re losing.
It’s a shame because the dogs seem to like the food, but I’m not sure our noses, our home or our sanity can take much more of this. We may have to reconsider whether Wilson’s is worth the atmospheric damage. 😂

Well, that’s certainly some feedback that’s hard to ignore!
We’re delighted the dogs are enjoying their meals, but we’re sorry their after-dinner entertainment is proving quite so... Atmospheric!
A change of food can take a little time for some tummies to adjust to, and feeding amounts or ingredient sensitivities can sometimes play a part in the cause of smelly farts. As this isn’t something we’ve had reported before, we’d love to help investigate before you request back up from more air fresheners!
