My dog loves his food and he never leaves his bowl empty. My only issue is that over the last few deliveries I've noted that it is just turning to dust and alot of it. At £70 a time I'm losing a week... Voir plus

Good food, criminal farts! 💨🪦
Decent food and the dogs seem to enjoy it, but after a month of eating Wilson’s (having switched from Years after THAT scandal), we’ve encountered a rather… pungent problem.
The dogs’ farts are absolutely diabolical. We’re talking runny poops and pumps that smell like a dead animal has crawled inside them and given up on life. 💀
The plug-in air fresheners are fighting for their lives, and frankly, they’re losing.
It’s a shame because the dogs seem to like the food, but I’m not sure our noses, our home or our sanity can take much more of this. We may have to reconsider whether Wilson’s is worth the atmospheric damage. 😂

Well, that’s certainly some feedback that’s hard to ignore!
We’re delighted the dogs are enjoying their meals, but we’re sorry their after-dinner entertainment is proving quite so... Atmospheric!
A change of food can take a little time for some tummies to adjust to, and feeding amounts or ingredient sensitivities can sometimes play a part in the cause of smelly farts. As this isn’t something we’ve had reported before, we’d love to help investigate before you request back up from more air fresheners!
Please get in touch with our lovely Customer Service team at info@wilsonspetfood.co.uk and let’s see if we can get those tails wagging without the need for a hazmat suit. It's too early to be dressing up for Halloween!

So far so good,our Golden Retriever was eating cheaper kibble(Harringtons)and his poops were dreadful watery and soft,we were recommended to try cold pressed food and initially we ordered from a German company but the customer service was dreadful.Saw Wilsons advertised online so we tried them.Great customer service and Finn loves his salmon cold pressed,we subscribed to Wilsons and it's great to have an option to change to other flavours if we wished.

Dog enjoys the food. However, he is passing large stools and much more frequently, also there is a large amount of inedible dust in the packet.

Firstly our dog loves this food, but the benefits for her are not just the taste, her motions are now as they should be, with other foods she was slopy and smelly and also farting is now (being a frenchie) almost non existence!

Fantastic food for my dog
Fantastic food for my dog when we needed to change his diet. It just became too expensive so sadly had to stop. Delivered on time, subscription easy to use and change when needed. Would recommend if you can afford it. Still have some and we use as treats now occasionally. :) :)

Im feeding my dog Wilson’s fresh dog food for quite some time now and there has been a big difference for him, he loves the food and his stomach issues improved massively, customer service is also great, very helpful and understanding especially if some food gets damaged in transit.

Wilson’s has saved the day
Wilson’s has saved the day! I’ve been trying to find a quality, fresh dog food that is packed with meat and veg that my dogs like. But they have different tastes. I've gotten several other brands and one or both dogs doesn’t like the taste. They have had Cheeky Chicken, Bougie Beef, and Venison and Duck and have loved each flavour. It smells so good, I wish Wilson’s would make me the same dinners!

It wasn't Wilson's fault it was delayed, but my dog actually will eat it, which for him is a miracle.

Great food let down by poor delivery service.
Wasn’t delivered and has now taken over a week to secure another delivery. Not impressed at all. Ordered 20th September now 2nd october and no food.
To be fair to Wilsons their customer service team (Tasha & on messenger) was extremely helpful and its now sorted, obviously the feedback is aimed at the delivery service company rather than Wilsons which is why I’ve updated review.
