Great prices and quick delivery
Great prices and quick delivery. I did send an email which I didn't get a reply for. I think it would be a good thing if the company could provide a gift card in the packaging for those people who buy a chime as a gift.

A prairie jasper wind chime for my grandson
I bought the prairie jasper wind chime for my 7 year old grandson’s birthday- his name is Jasper and he selected it from the website. He has always loved my big chimes of earth wind chime. The Jasper chime was out of stock when I first tried to order, but an email arrived soon after saying it was back in stock and then delivery was very prompt. Jasper is super happy with his prairie jasper chime. It is light and melodious and good for helping him get to sleep.

You need a lot of wind!!
We have our chime in an exposed area in our garden, and with a slight wind nothing happens, even with a moderate wind it stays stubbornly silent, give it a good gust and if you’re lucky you will get a chime!! To my way of thinking the dangling bit at the bottom needs to be heavier???? Nicely made though

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are disappointed.
The chimes you ordered are a best seller. It may be worth checking to see if the string is not tangled in the rods, as this can happen in transit. Alternatively, experimenting with different locations can also help.
We have a 90 day free returns policy, for any or no reason. Please get in touch if you would like to return them for a full refund.
All the best,
Ben
