No problems ordering and delivery was quick. The product is stunning. A beautifully minimalistic design and the chime is perfect. Will probably order again.

Quality and service!
Quality and service. Firstly the chimes are not the rubbish you find on the high street. Second, I made a bad choice as to the chime tone and the exchange was made easy and hassle free. Ben was on the ball and I was updated as it progressed. Delighted with product. You get what you pay for. No problems recommending.

Exceptional craftmanship
The wind chime I purchased is beautifully crafted and presented with detailed information about its various features etc. I’m trying to think of the appropriate word, other than sounds that it produces, but truthfully, I’m stumped! It’s a perfect, unusual gift for friends, without exception, my recipients have been delighted with theirs !
