Perfect transaction.

Great service in challenging circumstances
In very late November I ordered a wind chime for my husbands birthday four days before Christmas. The company advised on estimated delivery and as I had just about three weeks I went ahead and ordered.
After two weeks I had not received the item and contacted the company. The reply I received filled me with dread, it had been posted first class business by Royal Mail. Panic set in and I contacted the company again. I was assured that the parcel would arrive for Christmas as they had assumed that was what I needed it for. I explained the situation I received an apology and was offered a refund if I could find one anywhere else that could be delivered on time. I was told if I got one they would refund the money even if the one they posted came in time Given it was the one I wanted I decided to wait and hope for the best. The company kept in touch and thankfully at 11am on my husbands birthday it arrived. He was delighted with it. Like many smaller businesses the company could not get delivery slots with their usually carrier due to the post strike. The wind chime is brilliant and the service I received given the circumstances was second to none. I would recommend this caring company and will buy from them again.
