Wind Chimes Corner Avis 

Ben provided excellent customer service, informing me that the chime I was looking for was back in stock.
I purchased two wind chimes at different times, and it wasn't until the second one arrived that I realised its sound was too similar to the first.
Ben was very understanding and promptly reimbursed me.

The Koshi Chime I purchased sounds divine; it's so delicate and yet provides such a feeling of freshness and peace that, despite being made in the Pyrenees, it makes me feel like I'm listening to an ancient Tibetan instrument.

We were ordering from overseas to be delivered in UK. Process was simple and the parcel arrived at it's destination within a couple of days. There was one hiccup in that we asked for a note to be included and sent a copy of what we wanted by email, but this didn't happen. Consequently, the recipient initially didn't know who the gift was from.

Delivery was extremely quick, however for the price of the item I did expect it to come boxed.
I think it looks lovely however the chime is so quiet it is difficult to hear

Beautiful products and excellent quality. It was hard to choose! But I absolutely love the two chimes I bought.

Service was fine. Product arrived quickly which was helpful as it was for a present.

However I felt pretty disappointed by the product itself. The photography on the website is extremely misleading. I got the impression that the product would be a lot bigger than it was. Could not return as I didn't have time given my friend's birthday was approaching.

I was pleased with the variety of chimes on offer, and being able to listen to their sound before my purchase. Our chimes were delivered on time and will be a nice addition to our home.
