Lead time was really good, was exactly as told.
Received an email for the delivery date, and an email on the morning of delivery to let us know what drop we were. The delivery driver called when he was around 40 minutes away.
The only thing is to make sure there is someone who can lift the windows off the van as the delivery driver does not do this. We were told this before we ordered, it wasn't a problem for us as I managed the 2 windows we had delivered.
Will definitely be ordering more.

Great product beads supplied by third party were wrong no fault of window supply direct.

Windows are very good .But delivery was changed twice and was only told by the delivery company on the day before delivery not the window company so had to cancel the fitting guys who charged me.

Windows not fitted yet. Glass was broken on loading, but I was told in advance about this. Replacement glass came about a week later, so all good. I am a DIY'er and asked for installation instructions (i.e. how to get trims in) but this was not forthcoming, and this is the only reason I have not given this a 5.

Overall quality appears to be good, however the construction is not up to a standard I expected it to be. The door is fitted too low on the frame, and even adjusting the height to the max only just brought the top of the door level with the seal on the frame. The hinges are also fitted the frame at an angle: out by 4mm from top to bottom. Fortunately the door is internal, between garage and utility room; if it was external, I would have sought a replacement. Won't be buying from this supplier again.

Ordered the window it arrived on time good price had a slight problem which was resolved quickly and efficiently. I would be happy to do business with them again

Extremely helpful, efficient customer service, excellent products. We’d gone from double glazing to triple glazing. The difference in sound pollution is incredible. Tested it, had gone down with 30 decibels. So worth it!
