Wine Unpacked Avis 

Preferences set to 'mostly red', delivered two bottles of white. Both of those are chardonnay when 4 types were suggested to me. I do like chardonnay, but prefer red, which is why I selected it. What am I paying for if preferences are ignored and I'm sent two of the same bottle?
Also given 2 hours notice of delivery, so had to rearrange as not in.

Excellent company!!! They were out of one of the bottles I had ordered, and offered a recommendation of another bottle that was pricier but offered to cover the extra cost on them. That is EXCELLENT customer service. Kind, thoughtful, and superb wines!

I tried a taster kit which I tested with friends and had a really nice evening. I had a question about how best to use a voucher and Tom was very helpful. Will definitely be spreading the word.

Very happy with my wine taster kit - so much more wine than I anticipated and a really helpful (but not ott) guide to take me through it. It's a gift for my husband and it looks fun as well as interesting to learn about our wine preferences! Secondly the customer service has been fantastic. So quick to get back to me and because the wine expires before Xmas - which I wasn't anticipating - they're just going to send me a new box for free and I get to keep the first one. Incredible!

I've dabbled with wine, but WineUnpacked really provided a lovely, exploratory way to get to know my own tastes and get a few delicious bottles per month that fit (or stretch) my taste. The information cards are a great as well for helping me to keep track of what I liked and understand the wines in more depth.

Excellent and interesting wines with informative but accessible tasting notes

We did the taste finder kit as a group of friends (we all bought one) on a weekend away. We had so much fun, learnt so much about what kind of wines we do (and don’t like), some results were really surprising with the group being split down the middle for white wines, for example. Such a fun evening, great for beginners but still fun for the more expert tasters.

Outstanding, lots of fun and a great service, definitely continuing my subscription!
