Very efficient, and kept me informed for delivery, with a follow up e mail to confirm all OK. Would definately use again, and recommend them.

Ordered a replacement wing mirror glass for my 2024 VW.
The website stated this was the correct model for 2018 onwards.
The item was received a week later and was the wrong shape.
I completed their online contact form explaining this and sent photos of both the model I received and the model on my car.
I received a response 2 days later stating I could return the item at my own expense. This response was from a Customer Service agent from MicksGarage.com, which was strange as I ordered the part from wingmirrorparts.com.
There was no apology nor attempt by their Customer Services to even try and send me the correct part, nor did they help me to find the correct part.
I replied back stating that I had already paid postage to have the item sent to me and the fact that due to their error, I should not have to pay for the return postage to Ireland.
I received no response.
That was until today. The same ‘customer service’ agent Jerzy, contacted me and his exact response was;

This was 1 month 4 days after I had emailed them to explain that I didn’t think it was fair that I had to pay for return postage as they had sent me the wrong item.
I then received a further email today with a screenshot of their website with a new page detailing the wing mirror I required with the date 2021-2025. This item was not on their website when I ordered originally. Instead of trying to resolve this issue and help me, the Customer, they are trying to make out that I am lying/stupid.
I do not recommend this company as their ‘Customer Care’ is dire.
Avoid.

This is the first time I've used this company. Already felt reassured as was recommended by my son. Communication was good. Product arrived on time and in good packaging as was considered a delicate item . Good competitive pricing

Absolutely Dire Company.
Sent wrong mirror, I've contacted them on numerous occasions for over 2 weeks, just an automated reply.
Still no response nor refund.
£20 odd down the drain.

Purchased a powered fold unit and within a month it stopped working. Was told they would investigate it under warranty and to send it back to them. They said this would take 20 working days. When I pointed out that I couldn’t drive the van without it as I had no rear view mirror they said I’d have to buy another one while it was resolved. Cut my losses and ended up hundreds out of pocket. The item was poor cheap quality anyway. Ok if you just need replacement mirror glass but nothing else. Take ages to respond to your queries too. I would advise avoid

I have used Micks Garage a few times and found them excellent although the different name on delivery notification is confusing. I did not recognise the name and was suspicious.
However, I am pleased and will definitely use them again.

The parts ordered were a perfect fit, the price was unbeatable and the customer service and updates on delivery were outstanding.

I ordered a new mirror and there were no fixing screws included. I emailed on 9th june and its been 2 weeks with NO RESPONSE!

So happy to find this website, when my wing mirror was caught by another car I immediately assumed I was looking at a very large bill to replace the whole unit. To find out I could buy the inbuilt indicator and cover for a fraction of the price of a new unit was great news. I had never seen a website like this for these parts before.

easy to use website gave a comprehensive list of parts for my van excellent value for money arrived when they said it would and fitted perfectly. will use these again.
