Wise Bartender Avis 

So fab to have somewhere selling purely alcohol free drinks. Ordered a selection of different beers and options for my partners birthday. The order was damaged in transit but Wise Bartender were fantastic and sent a replacement the same day to make sure it arrived on time. Brilliant customer service, and delicious drinks! Thank you :)

They supplied the NAVAS tonic water I wanted, often hard to find it outside of Cornwall. Easy to use the online site and the products arrived on time and well packaged. Would use them again.

This is a great little company that I’ve used for the past year or so. I always keep a box of their beers and lagers in my larder so I have a low or no alcohol option for five or six days a week. I love the taste of beer and enjoy the habit of having one or two most evenings but cutting right down on alcohol helps my cholesterol and sleep patterns and is so important to a healthy lifestyle. The variety of beers they supply is really interesting and the service is great. Can recommend.

What a great website! Trying to find decent gluten free & alcohol free is always hard and this website provided plenty of choice! Not just lagers but sours and pale ales!

Really tasty beers. I have recently switched to AF and was delighted to find the Wise Bartender. Such a range of beers. I have started a AF vegan subscription and am looking forward to sampling.

The website was very easy to use and navigate around. I was specifically looking for alcohol free and gluten free stout for a friend. There were a selection of these available which I ordered online, paid for and asked for them to be delivered directly to my friend.

Amazingly they were delivered the next morning and I was kept well-informed of the different stages of the shipping process. Everything went very smoothly and I was 100% happy with the whole experience!!

I was happy with what I bought apart from the cans of cream caramel drink, I really did not like them neither did anyone else who tried them. They left an aftertaste which wasn’t pleasant at all. Shame as they bumped the price of everything else we bought seeing as they won’t be drunk. I have not opened 2 bottles of what I bought so I can’t comment on them as yet.

It's easy to order and pay for purchases. Delivery turnover is amazingly quick and the product is a delicious non alcoholic alternative to Irish cream.

I have ordered drinks from Wise Bartender a few times now and am very happy with their delivery and careful packaging of the bottles.
I really like the Mother Root non - alcoholic drink , which i bought originally as an alcohol free alternative to my nightly glass of wine....am now drinking it at all sorts of times of day,and have bought a few extra bottles for Christmas presents too!
I love that its healthy and natural,and has a really kick of ginger: nothing wishy -washy about this at all!

The courier chosen by wise bartender delivered to the incorrect address and I have checked with every single neighbour. None of them claim to have received it.

Wise bartender are accusing my neighbours of stealing the parcel when there was no receipt of parcel being accepted by anyone.

Wise bartenders solution is to report the missing item and accuse neighbours for a low value parcel. Wise bartender has failed to deliver the product to my address and is in breach of consumer law. I will be pursuing a chargeback through my card provider.

Absolute shocking customer service.

Wise Bartender are THE BEST place to buy alcohol free beers, in fact ANYTHING non-alcoholic, online. Period.
