Ordered a Zeus vape tank because my…
Ordered a Zeus vape tank because my existing tank is leaking, this company states that it will be sent out same or next day, 5 days later, still not been dispatched. I phoned today and was informed they are having some stock issues and many who I spoke to was going to speak to his colleagues and get back to me within 10 minutes, 2 hours later still waiting for either a phone call, what's app message or order to be shipped. Not happy

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience. We were actively trying to source the Zeus tank for your order; however, despite a supplier confirming delivery yesterday, the stock unfortunately did not arrive as promised.
As a result, we have now issued a full refund for your order. We were waiting for final confirmation from the supplier and only received this update late in the evening. We’re very sorry for the delay and the lack of follow-up, and we completely understand your frustration.
