Don't use!!!!!!!! Terrible Business if that's what they call the operation!!! Cancelled my booking 36 hours before pick up, sent me a WhatsApp message, didn't even send an email, let alone call, gave me the excuse the vehicle had broken down, when I picked up the phone to ask them why they couldn't send a replacement I was told there sister company have two smaller vehicles but it would cost "ME" more money.

When I explained very nicely I have paid in full for a service that isn't being provided and they would need to send the replacement at there own cost, they refused. I then asked to talk to the manager and was given an "info" email address, no name or contact details and was told I could make a complaint to that email address, when I said my complaint email isn't going to get my 21 passengers to the airport in 36 hours was shown absolutely no care or empathy.

If they provide a cheaper quote than others save yourself the hassle pay someone else more, they clearly double book and then cancel whoever has paid the least as I'm not the only review with the same issue!!

Very short notice, very quick response, adhered to our needs. The minibus was great, had different phone charging portals. Air con was great as the heatwave had started. Andy the driver was fab. Friendly, Knowledgeable and very professional

Booked for transfers from hull to east Midlands Airport arrived on time.driver called before pick up of a group of 13.was polite and curtious.and helpful.on return phoned as soon as landed to let him know when we had collected our luggage and was there promptly to pick us up.can recommend this service

Booked with this company in October 2024, 7 months prior to an upcoming trip, fab price and quick response, forward 6 months and I was getting random texts through WhatsApp asking about my booking but was constantly reassured everything was fine, I asked did they want my reference to look up my booking but was told no it was okay, alarm bells!! Then on Monday (4 days before travel) got a message to be told my booking was cancelled as the bus I booked was off-road!! Not impressed at all, very unprofessional and did not receive a sincere reason or apology for cancelling so soon to travel! Not reliable at all.

The coach was spotless, comfortable, and arrived on time. Our driver was professional, friendly, and clearly knew the routes well, making the journey smooth and stress-free.

Booking was straightforward, and their customer service team was responsive and helpful from start to finish. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

Highly recommend Wolfe Coaches! We booked a 16 seater for 15 of us. The price was competitive, booking was straight forward and communication was great.
The day before we received the drivers name and number. Our driver Khalid was fantastic, he rang us on arrival and also on the return journey. Would recommend Wolfe Coaches and would definitely use them again in the future

Wolfe coaches was a really helpful and attentive company. They were very quick with their replies and did what they could to help. They adapt to your needs. They are very reasonably priced. They are a well rounded lovely and friendly company. We will definitely be using them for future bookings.

A reliable and courteous service. Our driver sent a message with his contact details the day before our journey and messaged when he was outside the property. He did similar on our return journey. I would recommend.

BE WARNED - please read before booking for your own good. They agreed a reduced rate as part of a ‘Black Friday’ offer. Communication poor throughout other than asking for the money which they are very good at. 24 hours before the trip they emailed (didn’t bother to call to make sure the message was received) to say the minibus was off the road and they couldn’t carry out the job. They then said they couldn’t get another company to do it because of the £85 off they had given me, but later changed their mind and said if I paid an extra £150 immediately they could carry out the job. I nearly did as it was for my daughter’s birthday party and I was desperate but wanted to be assured they were not just trying to squeeze extra money out of me. I asked for the registration of the minibus that was “off the road” to ensure the same one didn’t turn up but just for an extra £150. They refused to give me the information even though I should have received it the day before the booking anyway. They then very quickly reverted to a position of not being able to carry out the job again and wanting to issue a refund. I believe they were trying it on.
Like is say, BEWARE! I have never written a bad review online before but felt compelled to do so here as it was such an awful service and company.
