Receive my documents in an unprotected and crudely handmade envelope made of two sheets of foolscap printer paper, bound with brown, sticky, parcel tape which arrived in a floppy and crumpled condition by the Royal Mail.

Thank you for your feedback.
As we understand it, you have already raised this issue with our notary directly and sent over images of the package you received. In this photo, we could see that there was no damage to the external envelope or the documents inside it.
While we do our best to seal the envelope using parcel tape and protect the documents by using a waterproof plastic wallet, we cannot be held responsible for the way Royal Mail handle them when in transit.
However, we understand your concern and going forward we will re-evaluate the way we package client documents to avoid any future dissatisfaction.

Excellent service
Found their website through a google search for notary services in Manchester. We needed a notary for our Report of Marriage to the Philippines. Very prompt response from their office. Our first enquiry about their notary was addressed same day (10 June). They provided plenty of options to schedule an appointment, we settled on 14 June. Our appointment was set for 5:00-5:30PM but Nathan was able to meet us before 5 as we were there earlier. Would definitely use their office again for other notary services we might need in the future. Excellent service overall.
