Going on year 2 of going with Wooter for uniforms is because of Olya. She is very helpful. She goes above and beyond. Thank you.

The team at Wooter led by Olya is fantastic! We do multiple projects with them throughout the year and they always are professional, helpful and deliver their products on time and on budget!

Ola has always been very responsive and helpful. Turn around on large orders has been quick and expectations have been clearly communicated.

Quick replies, great prices. My kids are very happy with the produce and I am happy with the service that Olya provides.

Olya did an awesome job from start to finish making sure everything I needed Was taken care of, and fixed if needed. Our sports club will continue working with Olya and the Wooter team for all of our clubs jersey and gear needs!

Same as most others who give 1 star. We paid, waited for months, never got our order. This is internet based scam ladies and gentlemen. It made me feel better reading it’s not just me. Really annoying. It was a lot of money to loose for me. I just wanted to give me grandchildren cool strips and save a bit of cash. No strips. No cash. Just scammers

😩😩OMG😩😩 If just noticed this so called company has suddenly replied to all these reviews. Even some of the real ones in the last couple of days.

I say, like other dudes, the lazy 5 star reviews are so obviously fabricated. But hey, then we got some reply’s from customer services. One word; Syntax.

Read the 1 star reviews ignore the fake ones.

I’ve had the below reply from this lot. I have emails to prove this is just lies. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Believe me folks, I have a life. I don’t want to be here fighting these types. My belief is that all these 5 star reviews are fake. The others here who write similar experiences are real. The uk subsidiary is aligned with this supposed US company. It’s a scam. Ask yourself my review reading friends, if your internet sales business were accidentally taking the blame for obvious theft and criminality for another company you claim to not know, what you wait over a month to counter said claim. I’m not stupid. Well I guess I am, I’ve had my money stolen and I’m fighting against faceless liers.

Karma. It not so easy to hide fortunately on the internet. There are a great deal of people very upset with what’s going on.

Tell me I’m not telling the truth Wooter. I have the emails and the rest 🙁

Word of advice, next fake review, make it all fluffy and lovely, but do a 4 star. Just to mix things up a bit 😉

The mock up, was exactly what I had imagined. I couldn’t have done it better. Thank you for listening and designing it exactly how we wanted it.

This has been a poor experience. We were assigned a sales rep (Yassin) to process our uniform order. We had to cancel it when we discovered that the uniforms would not arrive in time that Yassin provided to us. To their credit, Yassin (and his supervisor, Peter) were very responsive before taking our order, but unfortunately, they have not been responsive confirming for us that the order was cancelled and our payment information has been removed from their systems. Calls and emails to customer service and support have gone unanswered. It appears others have had a similar experience to us based on reviews.

UPDATE: I appreciate your reply. I emailed support at wooterapparel dot com several weeks ago, and you have yet to follow-through on our request to confirm the order cancellation and remove our bank account information from your system. For anyone making a purchase online, this is concerning.

I ordered a few items from Faunasports.uk and I received an email confirming my order from Wooter so I am confused. This was the 19th of August and I am still waiting for my order....I believe they are just another scam so dont trust the good reviews they are probably paying for those

I own a nonprofit called Streets Charity Basketball and I have ordered from Wooter for 7 tournaments now and they are absolutely incredible! Kevin the salesman I work with and the designer for the jerseys, Jared, are always so prompt and quick and helpful and put out designs that are better than you can imagine! I recommend them to everyone I know and don’t know and I always get lots of questions during tournaments about where I get the jerseys because everyone loves the quality and look!

They nailed the design I wanted. Only took a day or 2. Very excited to see them in hand.
