The design and concept and the time frame and turn around is and was great

The first design they sent me was very close to what I wanted, and as soon I sent them the corrections, I got exactly what I wanted.

Very great working with Wooter my designer was very helpful in exploring things and responding quickly, as well as a quick mockup very pleased with my experience

Turns out not a scam but took a number of emails to eventually get them to send order - would I order again - no - items arrived as ordered but took over a month.

Be aware - this company is a complete scam. It’s been over 2 months since making my order and I’m still to receive it. My request for a refund is being completely ignored. Do not order anything from them!!!

Wooter Apparel is a great place to get uniforms for any sports. This is my 3rd time shopping with them and every design and color I ever needed they get me exactly what I want. I recommend purchasing with them and ask for Kevin he get things done right away to perfection. 3/4 weeks return also they have the 2week rush order delivery service , so if you need it quickly they provide that also. 🫡

Paid for my order, awaiting overdue delivery. Emailed all 3 of the contact email addresses .... all bounce back as unable to deliver.

BE AWARE!!!!

BEWARE!!! This company will provide you with great customer service before you place your order, but once you have paid your order, you will get very little service after that. Their production obviously takes place in an oversees factory that they have no contact with other than shipping date "estimates". I have been given 3 different estimated shipping date and our order still has not been shipped even after paying for rush production. They cannot get updates for your order or package. I made the mistake of taking the reviews, because there are good ones, and did not check the BBB. DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE!! We are not out $2500 for uniforms we cannot use.

I would give zero stars if possible. Our designer was AMAZING! His wonderful customer service and attention to detail convinced us to go with this company. Big mistake! It has been a nightmare. Once we ordered, there was little to no communication. Test prints were nothing like the beautiful design. None of questions regarding the print were answered. No one answers the phone, returns calls, or answers emails or text. In the off chance you get an email, the standard response was "we forwarded your request, you should get new test prints soon." Horrible test prints that did not look like our design has lead to MANY revisions. We were supposed to get our rush order of over 100 uniforms between the June 18-25 and we STILL do not have approved prints.

Ant was always in touch with me. The very second I signed up he gave a me call right away. Always asked me if everything was good & if I needed anything else.

I requested a design, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The process was seamless and user-friendly. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing design work delivered on time!

Anthony is our sale's rep. and Stephen Leung is our designer, together they have been tremendous in helping us. We are a small Middle School Football team, they have helped us with our uniforms, our coach's attire, and hopefully much more in the future! Thank you all!
