We had some technical issues before the recording of our first webinar, but the WorkCast team was very helpful during a follow-up call to make sure that the live event went of without problems - which it did.

One of the speakers mumbled. The aesthetics on the guest presenters screen/background was extremely uninviting. They talked about several issues that made no sense to me. Sorry for the unpleasant review but it just wasn't very professional. Maybe if I logged on for longer things might have changed, however my time is valuable and so I didn't remain on the webinar very long. I'm sure it was just this webinar and that most your webinars are excellent.

We've had a really good experience of working with WorkCast so far. The team is very attentive and happy to help with any issues which is always a help when hosting a webinar!
The platform itself is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I think some improvements could be made to the reporting functionality, hense why I've not scored a 5 - but I'm sure these will come in time as the platform develops.

We have been working with WorkCast for a number of years and overall I'm very happy with our events. Customer service is excellent and the UK-based team are all extremely helpful, calm and clear when dealing with us and with our clients. There are some niggles here and there with the service from time to time, but the team has always been extremely responsive to any issues and are willing to work with us to make changes when we need them.
