Poor experience as an attendee on an event in March - the entire system seemed to be down - even technical help widget wasn't working! I tried for a while then gave up.

WorkCast can deliver webinars at scale most others can’t and also allows for fully branded experiences and no downloads or plugins for attendees or presenters increasing registration numbers and attendees

Just tried logging into a GDPR webinar and the whole website is down. Even the "Should you have any technical difficulties, please contact the WorkCast help site here." link is broken.

First, we appreciate you taking the time to leave this message.
We understand that you have lost time while trying to attend the webinar today and we are sorry for that. Events like what happened today are very rare and our team has worked around the clock to get everything back up as soon as possible. Regardless, the webinar had to be postponed.
We wish that all the attendees we had on our successfully-delivered webinars would come here and leave positive reviews - we would have tens of thousands, but most of the times, we turn to reviews only when we have an experience which did not go as expected.
Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience today and we hope that you will join another webinar hosted on our platform and that might change your opinion.

Workcast gives great results
I've used a few different webinar providers but I have found Workcast gives the best results (more registrations and leads). I think this is because they don't use flash so much so it's easier for attendees to access my events. I've also found the support much better than I've had from most other Web products.
