I watched a webinar today hosted by WorkCast & specifically found the Live Chat Technical Support feature useful. The team were quick to respond & friendly and helpful in their suggestions. Tech issues during webinars are SUCH a common occurrence so in my opinion this feature is plugging a gap in barriers to webinar watching.

We recently ran our first global webinar - Lucy, Vicky, Jade and the rest of the WorkCast team were brilliant to work with!. Very responsive, extremely helpful and friendly, they made this experience an easy and smooth one, guiding us through each step and making sure we were comfortable with all tasks involved in setting it up. If ever I have an issue with my events, the Workcast support team are on hand to help - if it's a fiddly, tricky or unusual issue, or if it's a blatant, obvious question which I should know the answer to, they're helpful.
Katie usually deals with my support requests, and she's always super helpful, patient and happy to jump on to the event studio and talk me through any queries I have.
WorkCast is a great platform to host webinars on and has a very receptive and attentive support team. Cathy (our account manager) has been on hand whilst I have been learning how to use the platform and with me every step of the way, she even assisted on my first webinar last week.
Workcast has changed the way we do webinars. We used to use a 3rd party tool, completely separate from our marketing and sales CRM (Hubspot). This was fine in principle, but it meant a lot of manual downloading and uploading of lists; separate tools for email tracking; and generally quite a disjointed and time-consuming experience.
Workcast is so neatly integrated with Hubspot that the whole experience is a marketers dream. Salespeople can see in real-time when new contacts have registered (and if they attend) and all the comms are tracked in one place.
It's given us the opportunity to brand the entire experience too, so it looks awesome.
I'd recommend Workcast to anyone looking to take their webinars to the next level.
