plastic shrink wrap and cardboard. There was no damage to the boxes or the contents inside.

Good product quality/headache other than that
The product is a good one, the shelving is sturdy and fits well. The directions were ridiculous, we had to buy much of the hardware that wasn't there and the tool to install the thing showed up a week later, after they lied and said it was enroute for delivery the next day. The cost was not bad, customer service wreaks. Had we not taken the time off to install it once it all arrived, it would have been bad. All in all, they cost us one week of work in the service vehicle bc the tool didn't arrive to install it with. Good product, crappy service and direction installation.
We had to pick the order up ourselves. R&L shipping was lame at best, the lift gate was a non issue. You're not going to get another chance. We're ordering the roof rack some place else.
