AVOID
AVOID. Another company that has the cheek to charge a lot for shipping but doesn't actually hold any stock. Once emailed just had a passive aggressive reply. Don't waste your time spend a couple extra quid and get things quicker with better service

Hi, thank you for your review. Our delivery tab explains the delivery times for the brands we sell. We keep 60% of our range in stock, but some of the slower selling colours / lines are dispatched direct from Snickers Polish Warehouse, which is why our delivery tab quotes 5-8 working days for delivery. I've just checked your order, you ordered on the 19th and your item was delivered on the 28th, which is 7 working days, so within our expected delivery time.

Popped in on way home from work, both the guys in store were great, very helpful and accommodating enquired about a lot of in store stock and some printing solutions for work wear fantastic guys will be a frequent customer!!

Paid £4 for delivery
Paid £4 for delivery. Had to wait nearly a week to get the boots. When i rang to ask if they had posted them yet i was told “it’s only been two days since you placed the order, you can’t expect them to be in the post already”

Hi, Mark, our delivery tab explains the delivery times for the brands we sell. You ordered Timberland boots in a size 6, which we had to have shipped to us as they are not a stock size, hence us quoting 5-8 working days for delivery.
I've checked your order, it was placed on Saturday the 25th and delivered on Friday 1st July, which is 4 working days. This delivery time is before the quoted delivery time on our website.
We appreciate reviews, but to be honest this review is not really fair or reflective of a bad experience.

Hi David, you have ordered a size 12 in U-Power, which is a non-stock size so it has been dispatched direct from U-Power in Italy, hence why we quote 5-8 working days for delivery.

*UPDATE* Police do not provide crime reference numbers for crimes that haven’t been committed. Courier left my parcel in my garden which was no advised or asked by myself therefore it is not theft that my parcel has been taken just means the courier didn’t do their job properly. After being passed backwards and forwards between the courier and this company both refusing to rectify the mistake meaning I am out of pocket without the product I paid for.I will bring reporting to trading standards*
Ordered a pair of work boots for my partner Almost £60 paid including delivery. Delivery driver left the parcel in my garden apparently but when I went to collect the parcel it wasn’t there. Contacted both courier and workwear nation and it’s been almost a week still no refund or the product I ordered. So I’m out of pocket and my partner is without work boots. Had to go and purchase more work boots from a different company. Won’t be ordering again and definitely wouldn’t recommend given the lack of customer service when it comes to rectifying a mistake.

We are trying to resolve this for you and are awaiting a crime reference from you, that we requested on the 28th May and you responded the same day saying you would do this for us. As soon as we get this, we can pass it on to the courier for them to investigate.

You ordered on the 26th May and your items are out for delivery today, which is 5 working days. The brands you purchased we quote 5-8 working days for delivery, so the items are being delivered within our quoted timescale.
We have no problem with poor reviews if it is justified, but there is no reason for this review?

Goods arrived on time although I found…
Goods arrived on time although I found the work trousers to be a small fitting all my jeans and work wear are a 34 waist the trousers were far to small . Really happy with the quality but I'd advise buyers to but the next size up
