Work gloves
I came in for some leather work gloves, but was persuaded to buy some Octogrip gloves from Workwear,grear advice they are great gloves, water proof and thermal, great for out door work so good I'm back for another pair for home 👍👍

Hi Ryan, I have taken a look into your order and can see this has since been delivered today with UPS, regarding orders including Herock items we advise around 5-8 working days as on some occasions the Herock stock gets dispatched from their warehouse which is based in Belgium, you will receive a UPS notification for delivery but this is just due to the order being processed and label created for the order but doesn't always imply the order is getting dispatched on that date. Ordered a Carhartt hoodie on the 24th of November. Still haven’t received it. Called to check what was happening around a week and a half that it was coming from Amsterdam. Fair do’s. Still waiting. So getting review prompts for a product I haven’t received yet is probably not a good idea.

Ordered a pair of boots in 23th…
Ordered a pair of boots in 23th November. In the next days, I’ve seen that my parcel got stuck in local depot for several days, the seller’s answer was… check out delivery policy 🤦♂️ asked the seller several times to cancel the order and start a refund, without success! Today is 4th December, no money, no parcel! I contacted ClearPay to solve the refund issue and next week I’ll contact the Trading Standards.
Hell of a company!!! Workwear + Evri = headache!!!
I can’t reply to your message Ana so I’ll write here. I sent several messages to you and spoke with somebody from Wearwork, wish I could upload screenshots, so definitely somebody from Wearwork was aware about this problem. More than that, seeing the delay, I asked several times to cancel the order, the answer from your side was always the same. A reputable company would cancel it long ago and refund, however that’s not your case.

Hi, thanks for providing us with your order number. You can see from the tracking provided that they initially scanned it less than 12 hours after you purchased it. I apologise that this item has not arrived with you yet, but as you are aware due to the Royal Mail strikes, all the couriers are having major delays. We have escalated this with Evri, however they are looking into it. We have received no email correspondence from yourself before this review, so would not know that the item was missing in this case. Now we are aware we will await Evri's response and either refund you or send replacements.
