Awful, booked flights via Momondo and was redirected to these jokers. Flights were for my children to travel to South Africa from London, meant to travel on 12/07/26, then started to receive WhatsApp calls at weird times. Bottom line I was now meant to pay an additional £200+ as tickets were no longer available 😫. Not the 1st time but hoped things had improved but nope and never. Refund will take upto 5 days .

Use at your own peril

I booked flights for my friend and her partner through Cheap Flights. About an hour later, I received a call from a “No Caller ID” number saying there were no seats available. They then told me they couldn’t give a full refund, even though the issue was entirely their mistake.

The only options they offered were to pay an extra £45 per person to make the tickets flexible or change the travel date to a week later, which was completely inconvenient.

I checked their website immediately afterward to see if the flight price or availability had changed, but everything was exactly the same. It felt like a tactic to get people to book at a low price and then pressure them into paying more afterward.

I would not recommend this travel company( World Tour Store) at all. Very disappointing experience.

Our return flight was rescheduled by the airline, but we were able to find a good alternative with the help and Outstanding customer service by Neelesh. So, thank you Neelesh for your great help and support.

I was initially disappointed as my original flight booked became unavailable. I called World Tour and spoke to Sandy, who is very calm and patient. He explained to me the situation well, and he was able to find a suitable flight option with a slightly higher price which I accepted. I have now received the flight confirmation. Thank you Sandy!

I booked the flight on Friday night however thr return ticket was confirmed therefore, Soonam from World Tour called me as discussed the issue and found a suitable alternative for me while on the call. The returned flight was confirmed and I have now received my E-Ticket as well.

The easiest online booking for a international flight I have ever done and I saved a significant amount of money. Sonam called me from the store the next day to confirm details and finalise the booking. A slight problem on my side from my bank was resolved by a phone call but everything was in order and the purchase was complete. Sonam was helpful with assisting in the purchase of my flights. I would recommend The World Tour store to anyone, professional, helpful and the best priced offers. Thank you.

I was originally going to leave a 3-star review because, despite numerous emails and speaking to several agents, my passport update and booking issue couldn't be resolved. I was also asked to pay an extra £250 over my original quote and was told my booking could be cancelled.
Then I spoke to Semmi. She resolved everything in just one phone call and even gave me her direct contact details for any future queries.

The company did not honour the price after collecting payment. these type of companies should not be allowed to feature in flight search engines as to misguide customers to demand more payments.
