Do not fall for the cheap ticket prices — they are a complete scam. Most of the positive reviews appear to be fake or paid for. After taking your money, they will even direct you to other “travel agents,” which are just the same people operating under different names to scam you again.

I paid in full for my ticket, only to later receive a call saying my return ticket had not been confirmed and that I needed to pay extra money. After making the additional payment, I asked for my e-ticket number and travel confirmation. They kept telling me to wait 24–48 hours because my ticket was “in the queue.” That’s when I realised something was seriously wrong.

I immediately requested a cancellation and refund. The woman I spoke to, named Sonam, became rude and aggressive when I explained that I was legally entitled to a refund. They even hung up on me. I then sent an email formally requesting a full refund.

Later that evening, they suddenly produced a ticket and completely ignored my refund request. The next day, they cancelled the ticket themselves and still refused to handle the matter properly.

I genuinely do not understand how these people are not behind bars. Thankfully, I contacted my bank, provided all the evidence, and the bank refunded my money.

Stay away from this company.

Unbelievable

After buying my ticket online, I was contacted and told that my airline wanted the ticket to be a flexible one because I was travelling with a child. I was supposed to pay an extra £90.90 to make the three tickets flexible and acknowledge the email, only to discover that my itinerary had been changed to a different airline! My choice of airline was intentionally avoiding stop overs in the Middle East and the new itinerary was to do that. The fact that they wanted to do it covertly and after discovering that they tried to coerce me to accept their imposed airline. I managed to get my e-tickets with my originally booked itinerary after 3days . Thanks to Rishi for resolving my problem. I had the worst experience with Honey.

Do not use this company

They let you book the ticket, pay and then send you and email to say that you have to wait 24 hours for confirmation. I made numerous phone calls to verify as I needed confirmation immediately (like you get with other agencies or airlines) but they could not confirm. It was only when I told them I was going to cancel the booking via the credit card as fraud that they managed to confirm my booking without any extra payment. They are clearly out to put people in a difficult situation and extract more money for the ticket.

Rishi Bhatia Was very helpful. My ticket wasn’t confirmed initially even after making full payment but was later resolved by Rishi. It’s my first time of using the agent and I’m pleased with the way he handled the situation. Thank you Rishi ❤️

fraudster/dishonest

I met World Tour Store [02039704141] on the Momondo on April 30, 2026. I bought a ticket with the price listed on their website, but later called to say that the price was different from the final payment. They are using the price to deceive members of the public. I'm using this medium to inform people about this fraudulent embarking and to stop dealing with them, but I'm taking them to court to help them face the legal system.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your response.

I must firmly dispute your position. At the time of purchase, I was clearly informed that my ticket would be issued within 24 hours. This did not occur. As such, you have failed to comply with the agreed timeframe, which forms part of the contract.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be carried out with reasonable care and within the time agreed. Your failure to issue the ticket within the stipulated 24 hours constitutes a breach of contract. Furthermore, any misleading or unclear communication regarding service delivery may fall under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

I have thoroughly checked all inboxes, including spam and junk folders, and no valid ticket was received within the agreed timeframe. Although the ticket was eventually issued yesterday at approximately 8:40pm, this was significantly outside the agreed timeframe and does not resolve the matter.

This delay has caused considerable inconvenience, distress, and disruption, including the need to seek legal advice.

Please be advised that this matter is now formally under legal review.

To resolve this matter, I require:

Confirmation that the booking has been honoured at the original agreed price and schedule
Appropriate compensation for the delay, inconvenience, and distress caused

Should you wish for me to suspend any further legal action, a reasonable compensation offer must be made promptly.

If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will proceed with escalation, including reporting the matter to Trading Standards and pursuing recovery and damages through legal and financial channels without further notice.

I trust you will treat this matter with the urgency it requires.

Great service

I had written a previous review giving 2* for my interaction with couple of staff at WTC regarding either a refund or rescheduling my Delhi manchester flight with gulf air. Communication was a major issue.
This time Soniya Tolani looked into it. She was a pleasure to deal with. Totally professional and a pleasant person. Very calmly she offered couple of options taking into consideration the refund amount. She managed to get our itinerary sorted but also got us extra perk of extra baggage and complimentary lounge access.

I was so impressed with Sherry who very politely and professionally assisted me in buying an airfare to Sydney, Australia. She researched all the options that would suit me and came up with the best price, dates, timings and airports for my trip. As an 80-year old, I felt so grateful for her efficiency, assistance, guidance and both verbal and written communications.

Dubai flights refund failure

My Dubai flights were cancelled on 02/03, and Emirates agreed to issue full refunds to customers. I am still waiting 2 months later on World Tour to issue me my refund! Despite multiple emails which they don't reply to and calls to them. Very Poor customer service.
