Bought 12x1litre of drink. 12 x .75 litre turned up. Complained twice but no response. Finally had a note offering to make up the difference but then said they couldn't pay it because their bank account had been frozen. Eventually, credit card company paid up. Dodgy company. Beware.

Once again never sent the items ordered on amazon. This company should be removed from Amazon, they have only a 73% positive rating on amazon and they still continue to trade there. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE they are using amazon to take money from customers and not send anything in return but a refund after nearly a week of waiting for Amazon to realise they never sent the item in the first place. Amazon keeps removing their reviews saying fulfilment is not the responsibility of wowboxme but they CLEARLY have problems considering it's only this seller that these issues come from. Amazon will be featured in an upcoming episode of buyer beware for wowboxme coming soon.

Received 2 boxes of biscuits from WOWBOXME via Amazon. Majority of these biscuits were broken do to lack of packaging or lack of warehouse management. Tried to return them but offered 10% off. Finally they approved the return request after photos taken. Then told I must submit the courier receipt before a refund could be issued. No response from wowboxme since this was provided. Taken it up with Amazon again as they sold on Amazon Web site. Do not use wowboxme for anything. Read the reviews and be suspicious about the 5 star reviews.
Update late September. I got my money back, except the postage return. Amazon has to take action as its sold on the Web site. Contact Amazon, you might need to talk to many helpline assistants. Still believe Amazon should not trade with WOWBOX me.

Items arrived but after eating a few I noticed a bad taste. On checking the packet I noticed they were 7 months out of date. Was very sick that evening and all the next day. Contacted them and all they could say was sorry.

I recently won a giveaway with this company. The box arrived quickly and safely. The products were all great and I enjoyed them very much.

Ordered a product which when arrived was not what was ordered. They have failed to supply the correct item or issue a refund. Having checked the courier (dpd) site it appears the return parcel has disappeared. Given up on them, issued a 'FINAL NOTICE' and will issue a County Court claim on Monday. Disproportionate? For £15? It is the only way to stop Joe Public being ripped-off. We need to go after 'rogue' companies, it's only £35 for an on-line summons and an hour of time. Watch them run! Well worth the £35 in entertainment value.

Why do Amazon allow these people to trade on Amazons site. Their ratings on all the sites they ply their trade on are disastrously poor. Fortunately I noticed their history before getting ripped off.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered 6 Vanish prewash sprays from them.
I was sent 6 bottles of Vanish carpet spray and desite3 emails and and eventually an answer to a phone call no return label and no offer of credit for my £35.

Absolutely shocking company. Ordered 3 cases of slimline Pepsi Cans in Feb 23 and received 3 cases of regular cans which were over £20 cheaper. Tried again on Amazon and same happened. Earlier this week ordered a case of slimline 330ml Coca Cola cans from Amazon and today received case of 250ml slimline cans which are £10 cheaper. Will never use again on any platform

Purchased thru them on EBAY and their courier mis-delivered. No response from WowBoxMe. As they used Amazon courier, I can't get a dispute with them. They have £18 of my cash and I have nothing and no appeal process. THERE'S A REASON THEY HAVE A LOW REVIEW RATING - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Brilliant quality items all different and all where something I've never had. Box was a little damaged but that's due to delivery.

Wow box me is great! Each month I receive snacks and drinks that I probably wouldn’t buy other wise. Some I have never even seen in the shops. Delivery arrives every month without fail. I did take a short break from them but recently started again and I’m so glad I did! Well packaged huge box of goodies!!

Received smashed up leaking cans. Was promised that replacement items would be sent, but these were not received and my messages are now being ignored. Very poor service. Avoid.

Bought 48 monster ultra cans from this company through Amazon...absolutely brilliant service..arrived quickly,on time and all the tins were in date,the items arrived in two separate deliveries due to the weight, oh and excellent customer service.

Bought a product from them on Amazon, they sent a counterfeit instead of the genuine item, offered a partial refund of £4 on an £23 order.

Have raised the complaint with Amazon as the company believes they are above trading standards and consumer laws.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

What a rip off company, priced up some bold washing powder 4875kg xxxL pack £29.99, the same product is £9.99 at Home bargains, take my advice keep away, these sort of companies don’t deserve to get your custom

BE AWARE! Although delivered on time, wrong item sent. Messaged them via Amazon and absolutely awful customer service. Plenty of other reviews claiming the same as well.
