I would give a zero star rating if possible. I bought two of the dog toys since they had a warranty that they would replace if ripped or damaged. I tried to call them and constantly get a busy signal. I emailed them multiple times with no response. I notified my credit card company who opened a case to refund. My credit card company received a response close to the deadline from them that just showed proof that they were delivered despite me explaining that I was just looking to return them. I completed a form from credit card company to keep case open but the credit card company just closed the case. When I called to inquire why they just credited my card back for the expense because of my years of using their card. Very disappointing that they got away with this and fear they are doing it to many others. The credit card company said to not use them again. Stay away.

I have a bully who has very strong Jaws I purchased two of your toys and she ripped the arm off of the one and she tore the head off the elephant I don't know if they will replace them they say they will but we shall see

Scamming rats. Order didn't turn up. Auto emails. Utter rubbish. How can these sites be allowed to operate? Shocking

Wow, wish I had read these reviews before ever doing business with them. I bought 6 of these toys for about $75 for our three family dogs. Two of the toys were destroyed within an hour or two of receiving them for Christmas. I too wrote to the company to request replacements and was given a link to order other toys. I ordered two other toys and was only charged for the $7.99 shipping fee. No big deal, right? That's not to mention the other $25 for the destroyed toys. I'm extremely disappointed in their customer care. I guess I should say "customer care less". DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They only take your money for their junk.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my package 1 month ago and still have not received. Their phone number is out of service and neither email listed has responded to my several requests.

Auto responses. Nothing answered by a human representative. No trouble with initial order until dog toys were received and destroyed within the first 2 minutes. Tried to get replacements, ordered them and paid for the additional toys I wanted to try and now I've been ghosted. No order confirmation. No tracking info. But they had not trouble getting their money from me. I do NOT recommend trying any of their items. Terrible quality and horrible customer service. And now I'm out of payments twice. Wish I saw reviews sooner.

Ok, so the company offer a free replacement if your dog destroys the toy, within two weeks of getting his new toy our dog had split it open. I contacted the company and got an automated response with link for a replacement, I wasn't offered a like for like replacement but I took something similar.
After selecting my replacement reluctantly I was offered a mystery box worth £98 ($118), so I took them up on the offer, to say that I was underwhelmed with the item that I paid £9 for is an understatement. I received one small tug toy not worth the money I paid. No response from customer services, so all in all not happy. Overpriced items and poor customer service. Buyer beware

Worst company. Bought 3 toys all were destroyed in less than 2 minutes. I emailed straight away and several times since asking for a refund but everytime just get the stock reply please either choose the same items and pay for postage or spend more money on our rubbish toys that are useless. Don’t waste your time. Better off giving the money to a charity instead of these thieves. 1 star is too much.

I too wish I had of read the reviews here. Got 2 toys for my granddogs. They destroyed them in 5 minutes. Asked for a replacement. I had to pay $12.00 CDN for shipping. These 2 lasted 3 minutes before the head was ripped off. When you try to contact customer service they only send you the same auto generated email over and over. Terrible company

I ordered before Christmas- never received the product and didn’t get a refund despite multiple attempts! What a scam!

DO NOT BUY - SCAM! In their marketing they say the will replace if your puppy destroys. They’re emails, and all phone numbers are no good so customer service does not exist!

Do not order form this company. They say they have toys for aggressive chewers and I bought 2 toys. They were chewed up in less than 1 minute. Contacted their customer service, no reply. Contacted Better Business Bureau and Wowpetsmart did not respond.

Why didn’t I research first? Ordered, got tracking link that doesn’t work/fake and no parcel nor responses from company.

Dog toys described as indestructible and adverts claimed money back guarantee.
Toys were really poor quality and the dog ripped them apart with ease.
I contacted Wowpetsmart to complain and got no response.

I purchased the dog toys because they advertised them as tough, for hard chewers. This was of course false and my dog destroyed them in less than one hour.

They are incurring in false advertising and charging premium prices for cheap products. The dollar store toys last longer.

This is yet another online Chinese scam. Stay away from them.

Total scam. Bought an toy at Christmas, and was chewed through within weeks. No response in asking for a replacement as per their advertising.

Got the two ducks for my daughter's dog as she is a chewer! In 3 days she ripped it apart and I contacted Wowpetsmart and they sent an answer in Chinese! Now what!!!

Company is a scam.
They do not stand by their guarantee and charge exorbitant prices for their toys.

My dog chewed through the toy with in minutes. I emailed and sent photos and no response.

Basically I paid $60 when I could have bought a more robust toy at Bunnings for $15….
