I too wish I had read the reviews. I ordered early Dec. 2024. As of this date, four e-mails and 3 phone calls, I have not received my order. I have now contacted the credit card company to report fraud.

I brought the 4 animals that were suppose to be for tough chewers. In a matter of minutes the first toy was destroyed and within the week we are toyless. I have emailed twice and they have not responded. I know it said you would get you money back but I am not thinking that will happen. Waste of money. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

DO NOT BUY! my dog tore apart the duck within 20 minutes of opening the packaging. I have tried to call the customer support phone number and it automatically failed...5 times. I sent an email asking how to get the toy replaced. I promptly received an email with instructions. When I sent back questions trying to find out if I had to pay for the replacement toy, i received the same email with the instructions I didn't understand three times.

Terrible -non existent customer service. I ordered and never revieved my order. Requested inquiry into my order 5 times with out any reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I wish I had checked their reviews beforehand.

Bought two of the toys for strong chewers. “If they rip it, we will replace it for free.” My 10lb dog destroyed one within 5 minutes. I attempted to email the company twice but received no response. I made numerous attempts to call the company but could never get through. No matter what time I tried to call the line was busy.

complete joke. toys are destroyed instantly, misleading marketing, automated support emails say the same thing over and over and want you to pay shipping on replacing the already faulty and misleading product. dont buy

I ordered four and they were not cheap! On the second day my dog, who never chews through toys quickly, had it shredded. I tried contacting customer service about 6 times for a return label and refund but never received a response! This is a Scam!

I bought two toys for my Golden retriever and she destroyed them in less than 5 minutes. I asked for a replacement (and they tell you what to choose from, so it's not the whole range of toys!!), I paid shipping fees and they disappeared. My feelings? I've been scammed.

Month and a half to ship. Haven't even opened the package yet, but given the reviews, I'm not optimistic.

The worst company Evers the phone number listed is always busy all the time . No one answers emails . Two toys ripped and can’t get a response from anyone . Please help these toys were expensive!

Bought 2 of the indestructible dog toys for christmas for my dog, in a matter of days of given this to my dog he ripped it. Got in touch said they would replace it but I had to pay the $7.99 to send it out. Said I won't be paying again I paid £27 for 2 small teddies that were useless. I just keep getting same message over and over again about I have 2 options, either spend £30 on buying more crap from them and they will send another toy free of charge or pay the $7.99 postage. Such a total rip off so misleading won't be buying again from them....

12 hours the indestructible toy last with a toy cockapoo. No reply from the company, criminals. Avoid!

My dog destroyed his two new toys in about 10 minutes. I tried calling but always receive a busy signal. No response from my email. JUNK DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

I wish I’d read these reviews first. The toys ripped in seconds and when I finally got a response from the company they told me I’d have to pay P&P on replacements. Absolutely disgraceful that companies like this are allowed to operate. The products are pure rubbish and Wowpetsmart deserves to go bankrupt. AVOID.

This company should not even get 1 star! Appalling! Toy ripped in seconds. They charge a fortune for toys you can get for a couple of quid on Temu. Sent a complaint email suggesting a scam and have only ever received an auto response. I will be contacting trading standards. The reviews on website are false! They didn’t publish mine.

I bought 2 of these and gave 1 ( pig) to my golden retriever within 10 minutes he had chewed the ears off , after an hour no legs and arms almost chewed through. I have bought better and much cheaper in stores. Save your money

Customer service non existent- emails are automated reply and phone doesn’t answer. Toy is not appropriate for a dog.

First off took longer than what they said. Said toys were for a super chewer. Don't think so. I ordered 6 toys and my dog didn't even get 24 hours for the giraffe to fall apart. I will not be buying toys from this company again.

These didn't last 5 minutes. I get no response to email and their nu.ber has a constant busy signal.
