I brought my Audemars Piguet ROO Ginza and Patek Phillipe 5712 for a movement service after hearing they newly setup their services department not long ago. Their Head of Services, Peter, was phenomenal. He was transparent and provided the whole servicing journey with photos and context along the way. From my years of owning and purchasing watches, watchmakers were never accessible to customers and Peter was not only accessible, but also willing to share knowledge and answer any questions I had! I will not be bringing my watches elsewhere for servicing, as I know my pieces will be in the best hands in town!

I called in to inquire about an authentication service and although we couldn’t find an appointment slot that I was able to fit in my schedule, Peter was kind enough to give me a quick overview of the timepiece I was interested in, things I ought to be vary of, my options, and his suggestions.

I just had an excellent experience purchasing a high-end watch from WristCheck. I saw that they had posted a DaVinci Perpetual Calendar Yellow Gold White Dial on their Instagram page. I quickly contacted them to learn more.

Peter, their in-house watchmaker, was fantastic to work with. He offered to meet in person to show me the watch up close and explain its features and functionality. It was really helpful to see the quality and condition of this vintage piece in person before moving forward.

Once I decided to purchase, Crystal handled the negotiation of the final price seamlessly. The price we agreed on felt very reasonable given the rarity and condition of the piece.

The rest of the purchase process was just as smooth. Renee had my invoice and paperwork prepared incredibly fast. The watch was beautifully packaged and accompanied by all original papers and documentation.

I'm very happy with my new watch (my first Perpetual Calendar!) and the customer service I received from the team at WristCheck. Have been there a few times and big fan of the customer experience when running a much more transparent consignment business model (12% fixed comms sellers will pay). Dealt with Renee who is not just polite but extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the horology space and never once hard-pushed for a sale. Easily spent a couple of hours there and would fully recommend.

I’m planning to purchase my first automatic watch so I have been researching for the perfect one which stays within my budget. I learned about Wristcheck on Instagram and went to their store in Landmark. The staff there were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was not intimidated at all like when I was in other luxury watch retailers. Recommend anyone who would like to learn about watches and maybe get your first watch there.

Watch shopping has always contained air of elitism and exclusively around it, but not at Wristcheck. Every customer here is treated with friendliness and respect, no matter the knowledge level or background. All the store members are eager to teach and inspire you on your watch journey, and they make every effort to help you understand their business. And this goes two ways, they like learning about you too so they can better make recommendations, as well as how to improve their own client experience. I enjoy every time I’m in their store.

It's always a bit intimidating walking into a luxury retail store, but the staff at Wristcheck are super welcoming and I had a great experience overall. Very professional and knowledgable, and they're doing some cool things in the watch space. Highly recommend popping in and talking to the team - you'll learn a lot!

Really loved the watch conversation I had with the staff there. Everyone seems to really love watches. Icing on the cake was when their in-house watchmaker came out with his microscope to showcase every details of my watch and explain to me certain parts of a watch movement.

I was recommended by a friend to check out a shop. That day I was just waiting for a friend for dinner at Landmark and so I walked into the store and checked out the watches. It turns on the staff are really friendly and they even allow me to try on the watches! I normally find it very intimidating to walk into a luxury watch shop but here at Wristcheck I felt very welcomed. I didn’t end up buying anything because I can’t find what I like but I’m definitely going back for more recommendations.
