4wire Avis 

I ordered a Catio through 4wire on Amazon. They called me soon after I placed the order but claimed to work for Amazon (the number that called said 4wire) and preceded to tell me I had to pay a delivery charge. That was no problem, the problem was that they wanted me to pay privately and not through Amazon. This way I would have no way of getting my money back had I had any complaints. The person on the phone was rude, sharp and completely unprofessional. I asked for the order to be cancelled and was then hung up on.

I really wouldn't trust this company and would never recommend them.

I brought my catio for my 4 indoor cats as I felt guilty keeping them and how happy am I they love it. It is well made and well worth the money and gives me peace of mind knowing that they are safe from harm, lost or stolen. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND XXXX

We had a 6x5ft catio fitted 3 days ago and are very happy with it. If I leave the access window open, my indoor cat can now happily choose whether to sit in the catio (she loves sitting on the shelves watching what's going on) or stay inside - she went in it straight away and been loves popping in and out! 4wire were very helpful with the whole process, from how to measure, what to order and Shaun on the day doing the installation, thank you.

I had to have the catio made to specific measurements to fit outside the french windows which are very close to a fence on one side and a wall on the other. It was made exactly to my measurements so it just cleared the door frame but left 1cm between the side of the catio and fence/wall. So pleased with the accuracy of the constructions. It was made and arrived ahead of schedule.

What a great product, the Catio really serves the purpose and my cats love it. Easy to assemble and great quality. Customer service was exceptional and I would have no hesitation recommending this product to anyone. Many Thanks Martin

I find it hard to imagine, the negative reviews posted on here regarding 4Wire's customer service, from our initial enquiry up to the actual fitting the customer service was impeccable.

We are extremely pleased with our bespoke catio, and so are our three cats, who would like to thank Chelsea, Gaz and the fitting team for their catio.

I found this company on the internet and must say how professional they are,i placed the order on 16/7/19 and it was delivered on 22/7/19 thats only 7 days and it was made to measure. The Catio is very well made and the shelf pack had all the screws needed to construct it.My son in law and i,took just two hours to build it.What a company from staff taking the order and the plans supplied to the delivery,a first class service and product.

All of my dealings with 4wire have been brilliant - the quote was turned round by Emma in a couple of hours of my first enquiry with them and the invoice confirmed by Paul within 24 hours. The working drawings came through very quickly and Emma got them down to the factory ASAP. The catio was delivered on the following Sunday and by the end of play on Monday we had it built. Good, solid construction (I couldn't have bought the materials for the quoted price, yet alone fabricate it. Can't fault them at every stage of the process - a firm that believes in providing a brilliant customer experience.

IWe welcomed two British Shorthair Kittens into our home in April knowing they were going to be house cats.

I thought it would be nice if I could get them an enclosure of some sort that I could put them into in the garden without them being able to escape - this is when I started Google’ing and came across the ‘Catio’.

I had never heard of a Catio before and stated to search for reputable UK companies - I came across a few but 4Wire had the size I was looking for at a great price - I checked out the reviews online, which were positive, but still had questions I needed to ask before I was confident to order.

I sent a message via Messenger at 12.10 Sunday 5th May and received a response within the hour - I wasn’t expecting a response that day as it was a Bank Holiday weekend! I placed my order that day and received my Catio the following Monday.

The Catio was extremely easy to put together and is made from quality materials. My kittens (now 6 months old) are in the Catio every opportunity they get, with easy access via a catflap, and it is worth every penny!

Just what I was after. My cats are finally able to go outside and are safe from the main road. Couldn’t be happier

We are delighted with our Catio as are our cats! We had it installed so can’t comment on ease of installation but it looks great and staff very helpful when I called. It arrived quickly. Delivery driver kept us advised on delivery time with updates.

I recently purchased the Cat House / Play Pen With Sleeping Box 12ft x 6ft via the Amazon website and it is the best investment I have made for my cats! They love being outside while I am happy that they are safe as I live on a main road. While it took a while to get it completed (my garden isn't level) I am thrilled with the result. Thank you for supplying such a quality enclosure.

We purchased a 6 x 6 foot enclosure with boarded panels and waterproof roof from this company back in 2015. It is still going strong after 4 years of all weathers, and looking brilliant just as the day we got it!
We are now purchasing another as an extension to the existing one, and the customer service has been brilliant just as it was 4 years ago!
Highly recommend this company and will always purchase enclosures and panels from here!

I've emailed multiple times enquiring about a custom sized product. It took them over a week to respond to my initial email. They asked a few questions to which I promptly replied. Over a month and 2 emails later and still nothing. I can fully believe the negative reviews on here. Terrible customer service.

Really poor service, promised delivery dates came and went eventually sent out wrong product. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a catio for our 2 mad, indoor cats.
Less than 3 weeks from order to delivery, BRILLIANT!!!! Less than 2 hours to build, BRILLIANT again and the quality is excellent.
The lady I spoke to on the phone when ordering was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable and made the process so easy.
I would and will recommended 4wire to anyone who needs a realistically priced and very well made product.
