In perfect order - one of the best-packed cartons I've seen. And with free delivery to boot. And at an extremely competitive price. As they say north of the border, 'Lang may yer lum reek'.

Just to clarify for other readers, we don't normally arrange Saturday delivery BUT you did order a very high quality wine and the weather forecast was for the hottest days of the year so far hence we didn't want your wine sitting in a couriers warehouse over the weekend. Great service, ordered 4 bottles which were shipped quickly and packed properly and neatly. Very impressed, and a very competitive price. The wine expert's comments cards were a nice touch too.

Excellent service and personal help on wine selection and shipping - full marks here - but clunky DHL delivery unfortunately lets the side down. Surely it's possible to have a better tracking service these days than to be told it's between 9am and 8pm and you're customer number xxx?

Good advice great wine reliable service - what's not to like?
The quality of wines from Iestyn and the crew are always excellent and they are a pleasure to deal with. They spend time to listen and lean about your preferences, which means their advice is spot on. The wines arrive quickly and are well packaged. Their no nonsense inclusive pricing is also refreshing. I have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending them.
