I book taxis for Residents and the…
I regularly book taxis for our residents, and the drivers consistently arrive at the correct addresses and on time, which I really appreciate. However, when staff take bookings over the phone, they often don’t allow enough time for me to fully explain the details. This has led to a few recent mistakes. Fortunately, I managed to contact them quickly to correct the bookings, otherwise it could have caused significant issues for our organisation.
Overall, the service is reliable, but the booking process would benefit greatly from staff allowing callers more time to provide clear information.
