I was charged waiting time even though I was waiting at the designated spot for over 10 minutes. I don't appreciate sneaky incorrect charges. If but for that I would award 4 stars.

Lateness, cars not well kept. Sometimes attitude from drivers. Addison Lee is no longer what it used to be, sadly.

No hassle pre-booking and reasonably priced.
However, I received no communication from the driver or Addison Lee on the day to where the driver would be located. After contacting the general helpline, I was then able to locate the driver. Unfortunately, this meant a waiting time fee had been applied to my invoice.
I tried downloading the app in advance (which has a driver tracking service), however I was unable to link up to pre-existing bookings, meaning this service was unavailable.
This experience added extra stress and expense to an already daunting hospital appointment. I will choose an alternative provider in the future.

At LHR wrong size vehicle was sent initially but within 10 minutes an appropriate vehicle was sent. Appreciated the fast response to correct error.

Drivers who take me to the airport always arrive on time and are courteous and helpful.
In the summer though drivers that pick up from our office in the City for our company cricket games are often late and do not always tell us when they are parked for the pick-up .. however the end of evening pick ups from grounds in Barnes, Dulwich and Wandsworth are always on time and are flexible.

Car arrived promptly and driver made effort to locate correct entrance st pickup.
I'm currently using elbow crutches after some leg surgery...interesting how some drivers get out to help open passenger door, offer to move front seats forward to create leg room. Passenger awareness key to service, not just the drive.

Excellent service. The driver was parked right outside the theatre so we were able to get straight into the car.
I also like that you give the vehicle registration so that we know we’re getting into the correct vehicle.
The driver was really nice too.

Driver was early & polite, car was clean, all as I would expect. However the car was not comfortable, i obviously am the wrong shape for the back seat of a Mercedes. Five stars for the driver, worth a tip which I gave him, four stars for the car.
