Paid £180, plus £20 delivery for a Katsu bench drill ZJQ4116, which arrived damaged in transit and also faulty (untapped hole, so unable to attach column) - emailed AimTools twice, no response and I couldn't find a phone number on their website to ring them. I saved £10 by buying direct from Aimtools, but I now wish I had bought from the Aimtools store on EBAY, because of EBAY's buyer protection and easy returns of faulty and/or damaged products.

As for the drill itself, a bit of a disappointment - speed change pulleys not running concentric; quill has 6-thou run-out; despite taking lots of time to set-up and fit the MT chuck it has 15-thou run-out and keeps falling out (even after using a copper hammer to drive it in!!); not very smooth when running and rattles about quite a bit; work table is nice and solid but slots for tee-nuts a bit rough; easy to tension belts with a lever, and good range of 16 speeds - my overall view, on paper a potentially good machine but let-down by poor machining and assembly at the manufacturer. I'll probably need to strip it down and inspect why it's not running true, and then perhaps change the bearings and pulleys to make it serviceable to my requirements. Would I buy it again - not sure, perhaps I'd spend a bit more on another manufacturer and (hopefully) get a more accurate machine.

I purchased the aim tools 21” floor cleaning jet washer back in Nov 2024. Two weeks ago my drive and path were replaced, so I went to use the above for the very first time with my Karcher K5 jet washer. Unfortunately the aim floor cleaning machine IS NOT compatible with Karcher jet washers and they did not want to help solve this issue. They do not state this on Amazon so you do not know until you go to use the product. What a waste of money!!!

Contacted vendor by email informing them of this and asking about how to arrange return and refund, no response.

Aim Tools may be fine if your order arrives in tact. If, as in my case, the equipment arrived badly damaged and you informed them immediately as I did, one can reasonably expect a response.. Six days later they responded and asked for additional information which I sent immediately, that was a fortnight ago. I have repeatedly asked them for either a new item to be sent or a full refund. I have heard nothing from them since the first response. Don’t deal with this company, their customer relationship is appalling. I am left with a useless piece of equipment.

Product worked, but the instructions were terrible.

I messed up some of my material because it was not obvious you had to calibrate the tool first.

I bought a replacement pressure washer hose from their Ebay shop six months ago. It was rubber hydraulic hose rated well above pressure washer pressure. The hose recently pulled out of the crimped end due to low quality manufacture nearly taking my sons hand off. I contacted Aim and because it was over the 90 days (out of the feedback time on ebay) they offered to sell me another one at a reduced price. I declined and left this review. Won't use them again. Just being honest.
