UPDATE.....
My review below was my initial experience of a first time purchase with Aimtools. However, although a bit late in the day due to their emails going into my spam box ( hardly my fault and I had checked previously) contact from Aimtools did finally happen.
It was from Zena who was genuine and respectful of the troubles I had experienced and explained the courier had experienced difficulties and something they were not able to control.
I appreciate the honesty and accept their apology but would really recommend they supply a better method of communucation to avoid leaving
customers feeling stressed out and potentially damaging reviews of what I now feel is a genuine business which could just do with a bit of improvement in providing avenues of contact .
I WOULD use them again, and would also say go to their site direct as you can save a lot from the prices shown on ebay etc. 👍

Aimtools have very mixed reviews on here and it does not bode well for them.
At first all went well and I received good communication, invoice and tracking info.
The tracking progress was alarming, made no sense and was a cause of concern. It was with TNT so no fault of Aimtools.
The item did not arrive when stated but no need to worry other than I had no idea where it was because it appeared to go from the UK to Germany ...erratic as said previously .
However I did want to air my worries when suddenly the tracking showed it had been delivered the following day in the morning!!!
First thought is where to, but TNT request you pass a security question for the information to be made avaliable . Nothing worked and I was having a mild panic because now I have no further info from TNT so I go to Aimtools and this is where they are at fault as they have NO customer email or phone number or means to communicate direct .
There is a 'support email' address on their website and invoice and that is it.
I sent 2 messages in rapid succession to Aimtools, awaited a reply but nothing to even say they will respond in 24hours...zero contact.
I went to ebay where I first saw the company (but went direct to their website as it was cheaper to purchase my item) and via ebay messages told them as I needed to speak regarding an order made via their website ( an automated reply came 24 hours later and said to wait to hear from them).
30 hours after TNT had ended their part in my tale of woe, a courier turned up as I was in the process of reporting the possible scam purchase/ to my card company ...my order finally arrived! Driver of van was delightful and totally confused why tracking had sent me a bunch of rubbish as he had only taken collection that morning of my parcel.
All a very frustrating.

Bought many compressors from this company as they go with the pie machines we manufacture.
The website and delivery work very well with excellent value. Would give 5 stars If they had replaced or repaired 1 compressor that broke while under warranty but they said it had been used outside of the compressors specification.
