Shuttle drivers are nice. Good price. It is easy to park and easy to out.

Drop off and pick up is congested, but otherwise pretty good

good parking spot with nice ride service.

We pre bought on-line for out trip in April. When we parked the only spot was next to 2 cars that were parked poorly. When we returned to LAX we had not been given a card with a phone number and there was no phone number on the web site. No one told us to go upstairs to find a shuttle. The explained why we never saw a shuttle. So we walked all the way back to our car. Once at the check out the clerk tried to charge us full price. Then later when we called the company explaining the issue their employee agreed that their phone number was not on their web site. I explained how we walked back to their lot and she offered no refund or another discount to use their facility again. Would not use them again.

Convenient to airport and provides great deals when you place a reservation. Courteous drivers and reliable.

I used this garage when going out of town for Memorial Day weekend. They over sold the parking and when we arrived there was no parking spaces in the garage at all . We drove around wasting time, I was afraid that we where going to miss our flight . I had to drive back down to level one and talk to the attendant who directed us to park in the hotel parking lot side .She was nice about it but, man what a pain and unnecessary stress . The shuttle was quick which was a good thing , we made the flight and had a nice trip but I would not use this facility again . I feel that it was bad business sense to oversell parking just to get the money when you know you really do not have the spaces.

Outstanding experience! Close to LAX, convenient parking, right next to great hotels and could even had a quick cigar before my flight!

I will definitely use them again in the future.

We could not find a parking place but were lucky we ran into George who was very personable and helped us. I don't know where we would've parked since it was so packed. We did have a reservation.

So organized! Great signage so it was easy to find a parking spot. Decent prices too!

Love parking here only thing is the parking spaces are sooooo small so bring a small car that you don’t care if it gets dinged or not. Only complaint, everything else has been great!

Easy access, reasonable rates & convenient shuttle.

Driver(s) were excellent and courteous. the only issue is the time it takes the bus to be able to make a loop at LAX. This airport is notorious for how long it takes vehicles to maneuver what is a simple U pattern.

I only wish the shuttle's would run a little more frequently.
