Travel from LAX Sept.- Oct 4, 2024. We needed a shuttle at approx 7:00am from parking at the Airport Center lot, next to the Sonesta Hotel. There were two shuttle buses parked but no drivers. Another party called Airport Center customer service to locate a bus driver. That took approx. 20 mins for a driver.
On Oct. 4th, I called for a shuttle when we arrived at the designated pick up spot. We never saw a shuttle for 25 mins. When it arrived, the driver sat and watched us 70+ year olds struggle getting our luggage onto the bus. In the past 30 years of using Airport Center Parking, we've always had help from the friendly drivers. Very disappointed in Airport Center. We will be parking in a different lot from now on.

I was clearly charged for 2 days. The fine print states that Airport Center?s rates and fees are charged on a daily basis. When your travel goes into the next day, you are charged another full day. Your credit card will be charged in full when you confirm your reservation. No refund will be issued for unused days.

I was charged for 2 days, when I was going to be there for 1 day and 4 hours. My flight was delayed I was 2 hours past the 4 hours that I paid for the second day. So I was there for 1 day and 6 hours (approximately) and they charged me for a third day to get out of the lot.

Let me be clear, it say NOWHERE on their paperwork or fine print that if you are charged a second day and say you are only going to use a couple hours of that, but it goes over what you think it will be, you will be charged a whole extra day.

They do not work with customers to show them where this is written or make things right. I will never park here again and think you should not either.

Careful with your reservation times!!!! Location great. Parking good. Pickups acceptable. Very good value overall. What left me extremely dissatisfied was the add on charge at my exit because even though I had paid for 5 full days and departed from the garage 4.5 days later, the company uses your reservation starting time and ending time to lock you in on your parking period. BEWARE, if you enter the garage before your reservation time OR depart the garage after your reservation time, you will be charged for another day, EVEN THOUGH YOU ALREADY PAID FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. The contract disclosures are very poor and I'm sure they are collecting lots of extra fees on this policy. Yes, I spoke with the company and they just talk around this scam. The company should give users the full paid period. If they maintain their current policy, they should PROMINENTLY warn customers on the reservation page that they will be charged for any time exceeding their reservation period, even though customers have technically already paid for the days.

The worst ever. Every shuttle comes by every 15-20. Our wait was 1hr+ even after calling. Who wants to wait this long after a flight. This is a place claim to provides 24hr shuttle service.

Not a great lot. The parking spots are too tight to fit into for the price. Also, the shuttles are inconsistent . Sometimes they have just one bus running and wait times can be 40 minutes or more

Easy, fast and convenient!

Garage was pretty full and hard to find a parking spot. A sign indicating capacity level would help. After arriving at airport and waiting for pickup, it took a little long to catch the ride back to the parking garage.

Pretty good parking ( except some parking spaces are way too small. But otherwise, shuttles run pretty good & good drivers.

first two levels may be crowded, but plently of parking as you go up the parking structure
shuttle comes to pick you up and drop you off
shuttle is relatively fast and about 5-10 minutes away from the airport
pricing is a good deal as it is less expensive than other places
i would definitely recommend if you need a place to park your car long term

Priced right and never had any issues with my car.

The parking place is wonderful. Sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot even though one has been reserved. My dissatisfaction is when you return home the shuttle back to the parking site usually takes a hour or more and that with you calling for pickup. Also my other dissatisfaction with them of recent nature is when shuttle dropping you off, they go to arrivals and go to every single terminal for pickup and drop-off at the same time. What a stressful situation for the individuals who need to get to the airport, drop stuff off and go through security. I used to love them. I no longer use this parking spot unless absolutely no other choice. This is after many years of using this place.

I've used this service three times. The parking is totally fine, but the returning shuttle pickup is awful. Every time I've waited 40 minutes to an hour for the shuttle to come (and that's with me calling them to let them know where I was). One time the shuttle just drove past us and didn't even stop. Traveling is stressful and when you land you just want to get home. The continual late pickups make this service unusable for me in the future.

If I could give no stars, I would. Don’t park here. My third seat was stolen from my SUV. They didn’t have footage of anything. Yes they helped file a claim but that went nowhere. Again, DONT PARK HERE. Your car is not safe here.

I have used Aiport Center for several years. Their shuttles run fairly frequently.

Any concern I expressed was immediately addressed.

I rely on the timeliness of this shuttle service.

Overall wonderful experience. Only thing that prevents me from rating a five star is the delays that occur in pickup at the airport terminals.
