Airport Center Avis 

Clean,safe, easy to park, fast shuttles to airport and pick up. Would use again

This place worked out really well. The only thing is that it is shared with one of the hotels, so you have to figure out where you can and can't park. Once you get that though, getting the shuttle is fast and it is very close to the airport.

The Parking spot location is very close to airport and the only reason I am giving two stars is because it was hard to find out where the exact building was. The second key issue was the Airport center can use a technology which allows drivers to really figure out which parking spot is open. It took me 20 mins to find out the Parking and also the building includes some Resident parking as well which is again an issue because if you accidentally parked your call and have not seen the sign, then the car will towed. Hence, my recommendation is that you guys needs lot of improvement when guiding people.

The spaces are too narrow and people park in two spaces. Other than that; it's OK. Shuttle service is pretty good. Frequent pick up and drop offs.

Great experience. Found a spot fairly quickly. Shuttle to and from airport was no problem. Did have to wait 15 -20 min for pickup once I texted for pickup, but that's expected with morning traffic. Returned to my car with no incidents. This is the second time I use them for vacation travel.

Price good with reservation but plan on waiting at the airport for pickup. We waited over an hour and after many calls to dispatch, a van finally arrived. Most of the calls to dispatch went unanswered and when they finally answered you could hear them trying to call the drivers - no response whatsoever. Dispatch was even baffled as to why they hadn't made the rounds after numerous calls. This is the second time we've waited over an hour and never again. Will pay more next time some where else

Driver was nice and thoughtful to let us know where to wait upon arrival when she drop us off.

The 3 star rating is due to the difficulty I had locating a parking space. I drove the entire parking structure and managed to find a space because an airport worker could not remember where he parked. He rode with me until his car was located and I parked in his space. I had no other issues. The shuttle arrived shortly after I called around 10:30pm. Lighting was good and elevator worked this time.

For once the parking garage wasn't overly crowded and I got a great rate!

The parking spaces are way too tight. I had multiple dings on my car from people opening their doors against it.

Good place, tight parking spaces. Always busy. I would recommend!

Parking stalls are VERY narrow. Don’t even think of parking a full size car. Otherwise location, people, bus, worked out very well.

No open spaces to park. Waitied- then available spot was so tiny worried about dents in car

Except for wait for shuttle early in morning, not enough of them. 20 minute wait.
