I like the rate (internet). Please maintain the rate so that UBER option is out of scope!

Parking structure was very hard to find. Tucked away behind a hotel, at least with the navigation I was using, I had a hard time finding it. Spaces are very tight and it's difficult finding a place to park. Nonetheless, there is parking and if I had to I would park there again (now knowing exactly how to find them)

There were no parking spots left even though I had reserved a spot so I had to find parking somewhere else from another company.

The last 3 times I have used Airport Center, there were no spaces left... even though I had a reservation. I had to circle for 45 minutes to find a space. Also the prices have increased so they are not competitive. I have also noticed several airport employees on the shuttle, it appears they have sold out to non travelers. Unfortunately you cannot depend on Airport Center.

I love the convenience of the close to the airport and frequent shuttle service. Drivers are polite and helpful.
The parking structure is great. I only wish people would park their cars properly within their spaces!

Parking places are too small, and although I paid for covered parking, there were no covered spaces available.
We had a 10-15 minute wait for a shuttle to the airport, and the driver seemed to feel it was his break time, and was very unhappy to take the group out.
Pick up was also pretty slow, while standing on the curb watching multiple shuttles from other lots pass.

Have parked here for years. Only problem is the striping is designed for small cars and therefore large cars and SUVs have to take up more than one space.

i am now going to another parking structure when i fly in and out of LAX. i usually fly one time per week on business. reasons?
1. you do not have timely shuttle service. i have had to walk, yes walk to your structure from terminal one on more than one occasion. when i asked to speak to a manager, he was 'unavailable.' you either need more drivers or figure out a way to pick up passengers every 10-15 minutes instead of having us wait 20-45 minutes. it is ridiculous, especially after a very long trip.
2. your drivers, at times have been lazy and inconsiderate. i had two bags and the gentleman watched me unload at the southwest terminal and kept sitting in the driver's seat. needless to say, he did not receive a tip.

We have been parking at Airport Center (Crown Plaza) for several years and have always found it efficient with pleasant and helpful van drivers, clean vans and almost always easy parking.

Great on-time pickup & delivery; very friendly and customer-service oriented drivers; excellent rates with the online reservation. Have used Airport Center Express before and will use again for next trip!

Took more than 25 to get picked up. One time the driver drove past me after I signaled early on. Another driver from a different company who had seen me waiting and had himself picked up three rounds of his own customers offered to drive me to the parking garage. I got a ride from them. It was so disappointing.

When I got back to LAX I can't text and call to have a shuttle sent to me it took over 40 minutes to get somebody to where I was at. Two shuttles passed by me both of them were basically empty but they were in the fast lane. When I got on the shuttle right behind me with another gentleman who been trying to flag a driver down . But the driver that we did finally get very apologetic about then I was overtired and just need to get home

We had good connections with the shuttle. Easily found a parking place and the price was right.

First time using airport center. Great experience super friendly, go online for discounts.

I have parked at this facility on and off for 3 years. Over these 3 years the parking spaces have become smaller and smaller. They are now to the point where you cannot park your car in one space. I drive a Mazda 3 hatchback and it does not fit in a single space! Slightly larger cars are forced to take up two spaces! And you may only park on one side of the garage and only on Levels 4, 5, and 6. The other side is reserved for monthly parking. As a result, it is very difficult to find an open parking space. Then when you go downstairs there is a long wait for the shuttle to the airport. Because of the long wait, large crowds form waiting for a shuttle. As soon as a shuttle arrives it is packed. If you are in the back of the line you will not get on and have to continue to wait. I almost missed my flight because of all of the above. Driving around trying to find a parking space and having to wait for a shuttle. Not the first shuttle to arrive but a second one. You better have lots of time to get to the airport if you park here.

The only sour note has been getting picked up at LAX upon returning. I waited at the pick-up site for about a hour. I called the office at least 3 times. Finally the driver was in the correct lane to pick me up. I’ll still use Airport Center only. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Five stars if getting picked up improves.

My go to parking spot when traveling from LAX. Only problem I have is people don’t know how to park .
