Good parking place
Online reservation is easy and rate is lower than others. Parking place is close to LAX. Shuttle wait time varies though.

My go-to spot for LAX parking...
My go-to spot for LAX parking for my last 6 trips. Parking is conveniently located and shuttles depart from the parking lot and terminals every few minutes. Drivers are always courteous and friendly.

Car seats stolen.
Have used this parking many times. Last time our back seats were stolen out of our Tahoe while parked inside very close to elevator.
Possible more security is needed!

My plane was late and I had to pay…
My plane was late and I had to pay another $16 for just a couple of hours. I did not think that was fair. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends

I wouldn't use Airport Center parking…
I wouldn't use Airport Center parking again; here are my reasons:
1. We arrived to find the lot practically full. Although we had a reservation, we searched aimlessly ending up on the highest level (7?) with uncovered parking. Recommend there be some indication of how many empty spaces exist and perhaps some means of directing you to an empty space.
2. The spaces were extremely tight - clearly designed for SmartCars and Minis.
3. Admittedly there were signs, however, we almost ended up paying a higher rate as payment was NOT to a real person, but a machine. A real person might have asked to see our reservation before billing us. A real person resolved the matter and we paid the reservation rate as expected.
4. Signage leaves a bit to be desired, a large "Airport Center Parking" sign along the main street would help. If a sign was present, we missed it.
All these issues are probably baked into the price of parking, that was the one high point. The entire experience was stressful / frustrating.
